Assembly Steps

Step 1

Assemble the base frame by connecting the base frame parts using the provided cam locks (e.g., 10049777) and screws (e.g., 10004350).

Step 2

Insert the vertical supports (10108237) into the designated slots on the base frame. Ensure they are oriented correctly.

Step 3

Secure the vertical supports to the base frame using cam locks (e.g., 10075024) and bolts (e.g., 10082207).

Step 4

Attach additional vertical supports to the frame as shown in the diagram.

Step 5

Secure these additional supports using cam locks (e.g., 10075024) and bolts (e.g., 10082207).

Step 6

Connect the main frame components together.

Step 7

Secure the frame structure using screws (e.g., 10103598) and washers (e.g., 10082207).

Step 8

Further secure the frame assembly using cam locks (e.g., 10075024) and screws (e.g., 100092).

Step 9

Attach the corner brackets (e.g., 10049775, 10049771) to the top corners of the assembled frame using screws (e.g., 144451) and dowels (e.g., 10103731).

Step 10

Insert the lower shelf into the frame.

Step 11

Insert the middle shelf into the frame.

Step 12

Slide the slatted side panels (144451) into the grooves on the sides of the frame.

Step 13

Secure the slatted side panels using screws (e.g., 144451).

Step 14

Attach shelf support brackets to the inside of the frame using screws (e.g., 10004350) and dowels/supports (e.g., 10103731).

Step 15

Attach additional shelf support brackets to the frame using screws (e.g., 10108237 and 10103596).

Step 16

Attach the back panel to the rear of the unit using screws (e.g., 10103598) and washers (e.g., 107832).

Step 17

Attach the door hinges to the frame using screws (e.g., 10103598) and washers (e.g., 102319).

Step 18

Attach the top panel (10104220) to the frame.

Step 19

Attach the second slatted side panel (144451) to the frame.

Step 20

Secure this panel using screws (e.g., 144451).

Step 21

Attach the slatted door (10104220) to the hinges on the frame.

Step 22

Secure the door to the hinges using screws.

Step 23

Attach the door hinges to the frame using screws.
