Quick Tips
- Bluetooth connection is established via the right earbud. For a stable connection, keep your device close to your right side or in your right pocket.
- If using only one earbud, it must be the right earbud, as it is the primary Bluetooth-connected earbud.
- Selecting the correct ear tip significantly improves sound quality by properly sealing the ear canal. Test all ear tip sizes for the best fit.
- Only ONE Bluetooth device can connect at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on unwanted devices before connecting to your chosen device.
Warnings
⚠️ Dry Earbuds: Completely dry the earbuds before placing them in the charging case. Wet or moist earbuds can damage the charger. Warranty will be voided if the charger shows damage from water/sweat.
⚠️ Ear Hooks: Do not deform the ear hooks. They are made of flexible silicone with a hard internal structure for the antenna. Tampering with the ear hook may cause the antenna to break.
Precautions
- Avoid moisture or liquids reaching the earbud tips or charging port.
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Avoid dropping or impacting the earbuds, over-stressing the cable by pulling quickly or applying excessive force, or bending the cable sharply.
- Earwax may accumulate on the earbud tips, reducing sound quality. Carefully clean tips with a cotton swab or other small object to improve sound.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or discontinue use for a period.
- If regular discomfort occurs during use, stop using the product and consult a doctor.
- Treat your earbuds with care, similar to sunglasses, and store them in a safe place when not in use.
