Assembly Steps

Step 1: Assemble Base Frame

Connect two base panels using 18 screws (part 146114).

Step 2: Prepare Side Panels

Insert 8 dowels (part 118331) into the pre-drilled holes on the side panels.

Step 3: Attach Bottom Panel

Attach the bottom panel to the side panels using 20 dowels (part 101345).

Step 4: Insert Vertical Supports

Insert one vertical support panel into the base.

Insert a second vertical support panel into the base.

Step 6: Attach Back Panels

Attach three back panels to the frame structure.

Step 7: Secure Back Panels

Secure the back panels using 4x cam locks (parts 119030, 118224) and cam screws (part 107091).

Step 8: Attach Drawer Runners (Frame)

Attach drawer runner components to the inside of the frame side panels using 1x cam lock (part 155669) and screws (part 10038685).

Step 9: Attach Drawer Runners (Frame)

Attach drawer runner components to the other side of the frame side panels using 2x cam locks (parts 155669) and screws (part 10038685).

Step 10: Attach Top Panel

Attach the top panel to the frame using 1x cam lock (part 155669) and screws.

Step 11: Place Top Panel

Place the assembled top panel onto the frame.

Secure the top panel with 4x cam locks (parts 119030, 118224).

Step 13: Attach Handles to Drawer Fronts

Attach the handles to the drawer fronts using 4x screws (part 153548).

Step 14: Attach Drawer Slides (Drawer Sides)

Attach drawer slide components to the drawer sides using 2x screws (parts 109049, 100823).

Step 15: Prepare Drawer Sides

Insert 4x dowels (part 118331) into the drawer sides.

Step 16: Assemble Drawer Box Sides

Attach drawer side panels to the drawer base using 4x dowels (part 101345).

Step 17: Attach Drawer Fronts

Attach the drawer front panels to the assembled drawer sides.

Step 18: Secure Drawer Fronts

Secure the drawer fronts with 4x cam locks (parts 119030, 118224).

Step 19: Attach Drawer Runners (Drawer Box)

Attach the other half of the drawer runners to the assembled drawer boxes using 2x screws.

Step 20: Insert Drawers

Slide the assembled drawers into the chest frame.

Step 21: Final Drawer Check

Ensure all drawers are correctly inserted and function smoothly.

Step 22: Wall Anchoring Instructions

To prevent tipover, it is crucial to secure the furniture to the wall using the provided anti-tip restraint.

Wall Type Guidance:

• For solid walls (A) or hollow walls (B), use the supplied screws and plugs.
• For solid wood (C), use the screws without plugs.
• If you are uncertain about your wall type or the correct procedure, seek professional advice.

Drilling and Anchoring:

• For solid/hollow walls (A, B): Use a Ø 5/16" (8 mm) drill bit. Insert plugs into the wall.
• For solid wood (C): Use a Ø 1/8" (3 mm) drill bit. Use screws directly into the wood.
• Ensure the anchoring is secure and appropriate for your wall type.

Step 23: Attach Anti-Tip Bracket to Furniture

Attach the anti-tip bracket to the furniture using 2x screws (parts 109574, 100823).

Step 24: Secure Anti-Tip Bracket

Secure the anti-tip bracket to the furniture using 2x screws (parts 155669, 123770).
