Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Connect the main side panels to the bottom panel using dowels (101345) and the cam lock system (118331, 119030, 118224).
Step 2
Attach the top rear support rail to the side panels using screws (118331).
Step 3
Insert dowels (101345) into the pre-drilled holes on the drawer side panels.
Step 4
Connect drawer side panels to the drawer base support rails.
Step 5
Slide the drawer back panels into the grooves of the drawer side panels.
Step 6
Secure the drawer side panels to the drawer back panels using cam locks (119030, 118224).
Step 7
Attach the top mounting bracket assembly (10038685) to the top rear support rail using screws (155669).
Step 8
Attach drawer handles (153548) to the drawer fronts.
Step 9
Attach vertical side panels to the main carcass structure using screws (155669).
Step 10
Place the top panel onto the assembled carcass.
Step 11
Secure the top panel to the carcass using cam locks (119030, 118224).
Step 12
Attach the bottom support rail using cam locks (155669).
Step 13
Attach the inner drawer runners (123770) to the side panels of the carcass.
Step 14
Attach wall mounting brackets (106989) to the top panel using screws (109049, 100823).
Step 15
Attach wall mounting brackets (106989) to the top panel using screws (118331).
Step 16
Insert dowels (101345) into the carcass for drawer runner attachment.
Step 17
Attach the top panel to the carcass, securing with fasteners.
Step 18
Attach drawer front guide mechanisms using cam locks (119030, 118224).
Step 19
Attach wall mounting brackets (106989) to the carcass.
Step 20
Visual check of the assembled carcass.
Step 21
Prepare wall mounting hardware (screws, plugs).
Step 22
Secure wall mounting brackets (106989) to the wall.
Step 23
Attach the outer drawer slides (123771) to the carcass.
Step 24
Assemble drawer boxes: connect drawer sides to drawer fronts using dowels (118331, 112996).
Step 25
Attach drawer front panels to the assembled drawer boxes using dowels (101345).
Step 26
Secure drawer fronts using cam locks (119030, 118224).
Step 27
Insert assembled drawer boxes into the carcass.
Step 28
Place the top panel onto the carcass.
Step 29
Attach the bottom support rail using screws (110519) and a hammer ?.
Step 30
Attach drawer guides (107091) to the carcass.
Step 31
Attach drawer runners (10047099) to the drawer boxes.
Step 32
Attach drawer slides (146114) to the drawer boxes using screws (146114, 105344).
Step 33
Attach drawer slides (123771) to the drawer boxes using screws (105344).
Step 34
Attach drawer fronts to drawer boxes using cam locks (105344).
Step 35
Attach drawer handles (153548) to drawer fronts using screws (109567).
Step 36
Insert drawers into the carcass.
Step 37
Final check of drawer insertion and operation.
Wall Mounting Instructions
The supplied screws and plugs can be used with most solid (A) and hollow (B) walls. For solid wood (C), use the screws without plugs. If you are uncertain, seek professional advice.

Wall Types:
