Features and Purpose
This product can automatically adjust pressure in all directions. It has stable contact and pressing, low resistance, and high work efficiency. It is an ideal tool for contacting copper and lead terminals, as well as connecting tubes used in cable conductors and other power operations.
Operation Instructions
When compressing the cable, select the required size of cable and suitable contact mold. Install the terminal in the middle of the contact mold, tighten the oil valve, and turn the movable handle to start the plunger pump. When the hydraulic pressure increases, the piston pushes the contact die forward until the two contact molds meet. (After the two contact molds are in contact, do not continue to apply pressure to avoid damaging the components.) If there is a pressure relief valve, when the specified pressure is reached, a slight hissing sound will be heard, indicating that the internal pressure has been automatically released and the work has been completed. Release the oil valve, and the piston will automatically retract. Repeat the above operation, and after repeated operation, it is normal to see slight oil stains on the exterior of the plunger and large piston.
Repair and Maintenance
This product has components that fit tightly together. Do not disassemble the components. Avoid knocking on the tools and keeping them away from moisture. After repeated use of this tool for a period of time, check the oil level in the reservoir of the hand tool. Use #20 oil for replenishment. The refilled oil should be cleaned of dust and gravel. Remove the fixed handle, pull out the rear oil plug from the oil tank, and add No. 20 machine oil filtered through a 200-mesh filter until it overflows. Loosen the oil valve and slowly turn the movable handle several times to release the air in the oil reservoir. Replace the oil plug and tighten the fixed handle.
