Description

The MGD-32 is a Master Graphic Driver module that provides essential common control inputs for standard control switches. These inputs include functions such as System Reset, Signal Silence, Auxiliary Disconnect, Fire Drill, Lamp Test Acknowledge, and General Alarm. Each of these switch inputs can be configured and utilized as supervised outputs for associated LEDs and common control switches.

Furthermore, the MGD-32 is capable of driving up to 32 supervised outputs. These output points are designed to control LEDs or luminescent lamps. When utilizing LEDs, a 6.8K 1/4W current-limiting resistor is necessary. The module supports the AGD-048 (Adder Graphic Driver Module). A system can accommodate a maximum of 8 remote Annunciator modules, which can include the RAM-1032 LED Annunciator and MGD-32 Graphic Driver Modules. Installation can be within a standard graphic annunciator wall box or within BB-5000 enclosures. An external power supply may be required for powering luminescent lamps and for lamp testing functions.
