Read Before Use
- Please follow this wiring diagram. Video installations are available on the YouTube channel @hamiltonmotorcompany.
- Long holding the "Menu" button (three seconds) switches between the Hamilton interface and the factory interface on screen.
- To use CarPlay/Android Auto, ensure the vehicle is set to the factory "Aux" mode. Audio modes may be toggled using the "Mode" button on the steering wheel. Turn factory Bluetooth off for CarPlay.
For 2019-2020IS Models
Please use the included LVDS adapter. The adapter connects to LVDS: 3.001.062 and OEM LVDS.
Wiring Connections
The diagram illustrates the connections between the replacement screen components and the vehicle's existing systems.
Main Unit Connections
A USB 3.001.097 port is available.
An optional 12MOL AHD 3.001.082 (Optional) connection is present.
There are connections for 4G (Optional) and GPS 4G.
A 360 Ctl connection is available. This should only be connected if the car has a 360 camera.
A 16M_T 3.001.073 connection is also shown.
Input and Output Ports
Optional SIM and USB ports are available.
An "Optional 4G" connection is available, along with a connection "For wired CarPlay".
An AV-IN port is present, labeled "Not used" in one configuration.
Camera inputs are available, connecting to an OEM Monitor.
A MIC input connects to an OEM MIC.
A Reverse camera input is shown.
A 360 Ctl connection is shown, leading to an OEM Monitor and OEM 360 system.
Audio output connects to a Speaker.
Mouse/Touchpad Integration
Mouse/TP Note: The mouse or touchpad needs to connect physically under your Mouse/TP. Use only the Mouse if the vehicle has a Mouse, and use only the Touchpad if the vehicle has a Touchpad.
Connections for Touch Pad and Mouse are shown, leading to the OEM Monitor.
Operational Instructions
Screen Switching: Hold the "MENU" button for 3 seconds to swap between the OEM and Hamilton OS interfaces.
CarPlay/Android Auto Setup: For CarPlay/Android Auto, ensure the vehicle is set to factory "Aux" mode. Audio modes can be toggled using the "Mode" button on the steering wheel. Disable factory Bluetooth when using CarPlay.
