Connect to Wi-Fi
Follow these steps to connect your device to your Wi-Fi network:
App Interface: The app displays a "Welcome" screen prompting you to select the Wi-Fi used by the device. It notes that the device does not support 5G Wi-Fi.
Please select the Wi-Fi used by the device. Note: The device does not support 5G WiFi.
Enter your Wi-Fi account (SSID).
Please enter your Wi-Fi account.
Enter your Wi-Fi password.
Please enter your Wi-Fi password.
Device Status: The device shows "Device connecting..." with a tip to keep it as close as possible to the router.
Keep the device as close as possible to the router.
Mobile Phone Wi-Fi Setup: Turn on your mobile phone's Wi-Fi and connect to the device's Wi-Fi network (e.g., "v720-XXXXXX").
Mobile phone turn on the WIFI and connect to the WIFI.
App Refresh: Return to the "v720" app and refresh the dropdown list. When the device name appears, the short-range mode connection is successful.

Bind Your Device
Complete the device binding process:
- Open the "v720" app and click the "+" icon in the upper right corner to start the binding process.
- Select or enter your Wi-Fi account and fill in the password.
- Turn on the device. The blue indicator light will flash quickly.
- Wait for the device to bind successfully. The blue indicator light will become steady.
Tip: During connection, ensure the network is unblocked and the camera is turned on normally. A quickly flashing blue indicator indicates connection mode; a steady blue indicator signifies a successful connection.
Matters Needing Attention
- The applicable working temperature for this product is -10°C to 50°C. Please do not use this product in environments with temperatures that are too high or too low.
- This product is a precision electronic product. Please do not use it in excessively wet environments or where water may enter the product.
- To better use this product, please avoid placing the lens directly facing glass, white walls, or other reflective objects. This can cause the picture to be bright near and dark in the distance, or appear whitish.
- Please ensure that this product is installed within the range of Wi-Fi signal coverage, and placed as far as possible in a location with a better Wi-Fi signal. Try to install it far away from microwave ovens or other locations that may affect the signal.
