Overview

The Creative Zen Hybrid 2 are wireless headphones featuring a steel-reinforced headband, protein leather earpads, and an omni-directional microphone. Bluetooth Pairing

First Time Pairing: The headphones automatically initiate Bluetooth pairing when powered on for the first time. Power on the headphones to pair to mobile device A.

Manual Pairing: Power off the headphones, then press and hold the Multifunction button for 5 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Then, pair the headphones to mobile device B.

Bluetooth Paired: The LED indicator will blink white once every 5 seconds when paired.

Multipoint Connectivity: Pair the headphones to mobile device A. Power off the headphones, then press and hold the Multifunction button for 5 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Pair the headphones to mobile device B. Once mobile devices A and B are paired, connect to the headphones via mobile device A’s settings while mobile device B is connected. Multipoint connectivity will then be successfully connected.

Controls

• Powering On / Off: Press and hold the Multifunction button for 3 seconds.
• Playback Mode: Use the Multifunction button for play/pause and track skipping.
• Call Mode: Use the Multifunction button to answer/end calls and manage calls.
• Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) Mode: Press the ANC button to cycle through ANC On, ANC Off, and Ambient Mode.
• Low Latency Mode: Activate for reduced audio delay.
• Voice Assistant: Press and hold the ANC button to activate Siri or Google Assistant.

Battery Charging

• Battery Low: Flashing red LED.
• Charging: Solid red LED.
• Fully Charged: LED Off.

Master Reset

Press and hold the Multifunction and ANC buttons for 3 seconds to perform a Master Reset. The LED indicator will display a solid white LED for 2 seconds upon completion. This is useful for resolving issues like Bluetooth pairing failure or random LED blinks.
