Detachable Boom Microphone

For enhanced voice clarity, a detachable boom microphone is included. It features:

i) 3.5 mm CTIA Connector
ii) Microphone (Voice Pickup)
iii) Flexible Microphone Boom Arm
iv) Mic LED Indicator

Caution: Avoid connecting or disconnecting the Boom Microphone during calls or online chats to prevent potential disruptions that may result in audio being abruptly interrupted.

Controls and Operations

Powering On / Off

Action: Press and hold the Multifunction button.

LED Indicator: Blinking Red > Blinking Blue (On), Blinking Red > LED Off (Off).

Headphones Control

Action: Press the Multifunction button once for Play/Pause.

Call Function

Action: Press the Multifunction button once to answer/end calls.

Voice Assistant: Press and hold the Multifunction button to activate Siri or Google Assistant.

Noise Control

Action: Press the ANC button to cycle through ANC Off, Ambient Mode, and ANC On.

Pairing Instructions

Bluetooth Pairing

Action: Press and hold the Multifunction button for 4 seconds to initiate pairing.

LED Indicator: Flashing Blue (Searching for Bluetooth), Solid Blue (Bluetooth Paired).

Multipoint Pairing

To connect to a second device, press and hold the Multifunction button for 4 seconds to manually initiate Bluetooth pairing. Select the headphones under "Available Devices" on the second device.

Once paired to the second device, the Creative Zen Hybrid Pro will automatically reconnect to the last two paired devices when powered on.

Battery Charging

Action: Plug in the USB-C cable.
LED Charging Indicator: Solid Red (Charging), Solid Green (Fully charged), Flashing Red (<10%).

The Creative Zen Hybrid Pro will automatically power off when plugged in for charging.

Master Reset

Press and hold the Mic Mute / Unmute button for 10 seconds to perform a Master Reset. The LED Indicator will flash red during the process. All saved settings (e.g., customized EQs, Lighting, Bluetooth data) will be removed.

Set up your product, personalize audio settings, enhance performance, and more with the Creative app.

Adjust noise control level for Ambient mode and Active Noise Cancellation mode.
Experience professionally-tuned audio presets for movies, music, and games.
Customize RGB LED rings or manually turn them off.

Connectivity Modes

Unicast Mode

Allows wireless connection to a compatible LE audio receiver for high-definition, one-to-one audio streaming. Visit creative.com for more information.

Broadcast Mode

Broadcast wireless audio from a source to an unlimited number of supported devices. The LED indicator flashes white during broadcasting. The broadcast stream is unencrypted.

Ultra-Low Latency (ULL) Mode

Provides a smooth, lag-free, and consistent viewing experience, ideal for time-sensitive media like movies and games. Supported by Creative BT-L3 and BT-L4 adapters. Visit creative.com for more information.
