OVERVIEW
The Creative Zen Air Plus features a charging case and two earbuds. Key components are indicated by numbers:
- 1. Touch Control Panel
- 2. Battery LED Indicator
- 3. USB-C Charging Port
- 4. Charging Case Function Button
Battery LED Indicator
When the charging case is closed with earbuds inside, the LED indicator displays the earbuds' battery level. The LED will blink green once, followed by specific color indicators:

| 31-70% | Glowing Yellow |
| 71-99% | Glowing Green |
| Full Battery at 100% | Solid Green for 20s before turning off |
When the charging case is open with earbuds outside, the LED indicator displays the charging case's battery level:

When connecting the USB-C cable to the charging case:

CONTROLS
During Earbuds Off
- Press and hold 2s (Left / Right Earbud Touch Panel): Power ON earbuds
- Press and hold 6s (Left / Right Earbud Touch Panel): Power OFF earbuds
Bluetooth
- Place earbuds in charging case with lid open
Press and hold 3s charging case function button: Manually initiate Bluetooth pairing
During Playback
- 2x press (Right Earbud Touch Panel): Play and Pause Music
- 3x press (Right Earbud Touch Panel): Next Track
- Long press (Right Earbud Touch Panel): Gradually increase volume level
- Long Press (Left Earbud Touch Panel): Gradually decrease volume level
Noise Control & Voice assistant
- 2x press (Left Earbud Touch Panel): Toggle between different sound modes (Sequence: ANC OFF (Default) > Ambient mode > Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) ON)
- 3x press (Left Earbud Touch Panel): Activate & Deactivate Voice Assistant
Incoming Calls
- 2x press (Left / Right Earbud Touch Panel): Pick up incoming calls
- Long press (Left / Right Earbud Touch Panel): Reject incoming calls
Outgoing Calls
- 2x press (Left / Right Earbud Touch Panel): Cancel outgoing calls
During Calls
- 2x press (Left / Right Earbud Touch Panel): Hang up call
Master Reset
To initiate a master reset, place the earbuds in the charging case and press and hold the charging case function button for 8 seconds. The charging case LED indicator will flash red 5 times and then turn off. This function is useful for resolving issues such as Bluetooth pairing failures or problems pairing a secondary earbud.
