Important Information Regarding Wall Mounting
As there are many types of walls, screws for wall mounting are not included. For recommendations on suitable fixing systems, please contact a specialist.
This information is provided in multiple languages including Spanish, Catalan, Basque, and Galician in the original document.
Step 1: Prepare for Mounting
Position the mirror against the wall. Mark the desired mounting points on the wall using a pencil. The recommended distance between the two mounting points is approximately 53 cm (21 inches) or 51.5 cm (20 1/4 inches).
Visual: Shows the oval mirror, a spirit level, a pencil, and a tape measure. Then shows the mirror being held against the wall, with two points marked with a pencil. The distance between these points is indicated as 53 cm (21"). The diagram also shows two mounting points on the mirror's frame, labeled '2x' and a symbol '8'.
Step 2: Insert Wall Fixings
Insert the appropriate wall plugs into the marked holes on the wall. Then, insert the screws into the wall plugs. Ensure the screws are securely fitted.
Visual: Shows screws and wall plugs. A magnified view illustrates inserting a screw into a wall plug. A 'STOP' symbol indicates caution or a critical step. The label '2x' indicates two sets of fixings are needed.
Step 3: Hang the Mirror
Carefully hang the mirror onto the wall fixings. Ensure it is securely attached.
Visual: Shows the mirror being lowered onto the wall fixings, with arrows indicating the direction of attachment.
Step 4: Final Adjustments and Securing
Use a spirit level to ensure the mirror is hanging straight. Adjust its position as needed and tighten the screws to secure it firmly to the wall.
Visual: An information icon (i) is shown. The mirror is depicted being aligned on the wall. Magnified views show the process of inserting and turning screws into the wall fixings to secure the mirror, with curved arrows indicating rotation.
