Using Your PowerCore
This section provides instructions on how to use your Anker PowerCore 26800 portable charger.
Check the power level
The power level is indicated by LED lights, showing 100%, 50%, and 25% remaining charge.
Charge your phone or tablet
Connect your phone or tablet to one of the USB-A output ports on the PowerCore using your device's charging cable.
Note: A Lightning cable is not included with this product.
Recharge your PowerCore
To recharge the PowerCore faster, use a multiport USB charger and two Micro USB cables connected to the dual input ports. This will provide a significantly faster charge.
When the PowerCore is fully charged, the LED indicators will turn off.
For the fastest and safest recharge of your PowerCore, Anker recommends using an Anker® USB charger.
Important Safety Instructions
When using this product, basic precautions should always be followed:
- Store the product in a cool and dry place.
- Do not store the product in hot or humid environments.
- Use of a power supply or charger not recommended or sold by the product manufacturer may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.
- Operating temperature should be between 32°F / 0°C to 104°F / 40°C.
- Do not disassemble the product. Take it to a qualified service person when service or repair is required. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.
- To preserve battery lifespan, use and recharge the product at least once every 4 months. If the product is not used for long periods of time, you should change and discharge once every three months.
- When charging a device, the product may feel warm; this is a normal operating condition and should not be cause for concern.
- In normal conditions, the battery performance will decline over several years.
- Do not dispose of the product in heat or fire.
- Do not clean the product with harmful chemicals or detergents.
- Misuse, dropping, or excessive force may cause product damage.
- When disposing of secondary cells or batteries, keep cells or batteries of different electrochemical systems separate from each other.
- Be aware that a discharged battery may cause fire or smoke; tape the terminals to insulate them.
This product contains a lithium-ion battery. Do not open the product casing, disassemble, crush, or puncture it. Do not expose to fire or water. Do not allow children to use the device unsupervised.
