Model: XK6-RX
1. Introduction
This document provides information on the waterproof OSDP keypad reader, which features Wiegand output and supports 125KHz EM, HID, and 13.56MHz Mifare cards.
Features:
- Waterproof, conforms to IP66
- OSDP+ Wiegand, AES128 encryption
- Card Types Supported: 125KHz HID, EM & 13.56MHz Mifare
- Programmable Wiegand Output: EM card (26~44 bits, default 26), Mifare card (26~44, 56, 58 bits, default 34), HID card (26~37 bits)
- PIN Output: 4 bits, 8 bits, or virtual card number

2. Installation
Follow these steps for installation:
- Drill two holes (A, C) on the wall for the screws and one hole (B) for the cable.
- Insert rubber bungs into holes (A, C).
- Fix the back cover on the wall using two screws.
- Thread the cable through the cable hole (B).
- Attach the unit to the back cover.

3. Programming
When in program mode, press '*' for 5 seconds, then enter the Master Code followed by '#'. The factory default Master Code is '123456'.

Note: The baud rate of all readers under the same controller must match the controller's baud rate for successful connection.

Note: OSDP reader addresses under the same controller must be unique to avoid conflicts.
Reset to Factory Default (two methods)

Method 2 (Forgetting Master Code)
Power off the device. Connect the Yellow wire (Buzzer Control) and GND wire. Power on the device. After 5 seconds, a long beep will indicate a successful reset. Disconnect the Yellow and GND wires.

Diagram Descriptions
Front Panel Diagram
The front panel of the reader shows a keypad with numbers 0-9, *, #, and directional arrows. It is presented in two form factors: 'Wide' and 'Slim'.
Installation Diagram
The installation diagram illustrates drilling points (A, C for screws, B for cable) on a wall, inserting wall plugs, mounting the back cover, threading the cable, and attaching the reader unit.
Connection Diagram (OSDP)
The OSDP connection diagram shows reader terminals (Red for Power+, Black for GND, Blue for RS485A, Gray for RS485B) connecting to corresponding controller terminals.
