1. Functional Specifications
The lock operates on 12VDC or 24VDC, featuring an auto-locking bolt function. It includes sensors for the door and the bolt, enabling monitoring of their status. The lock also has a closing delay function.
2. Installation and Instructions
2.1 Preparation: Please read the manual before installation and verify that all accessories are complete.
2.2 Lock Composition: The lock consists of a magnetic plate and a bolt. The distance between the plate and the bolt should be less than 3 mm.
2.3 Wiring: There are 9 wires: red, black, blue, white, yellow, green, gray, orange, purple.
- Bolt Sensor Wires:
- Blue: Normally Open (NO)
- White: Common (COM)
- Yellow: Normally Closed (NC)
- Door Sensor Wires:
- Green: Normally Open (NO)
- Gray: Common (COM)
- Orange: Normally Closed (NC)
2.4 Bolt Circuit Installation:
- For 24VDC: Connect the red wire to DC24V+ and the black and purple wires to DC24V-.
- For 12VDC: Connect the red wire to DC12V+ and the black wire to DC12V-.
2.5 Delay Adjustment: The delay adjustment switch is located in the middle of the lock (Figure 4). It can be set to 0, 3, or 6 seconds.
2.6 Installation: Refer to Figure 5 for installation details.
