Assembly Steps
STEP 1: Assemble Headboard and Footboard
Attach Plastic Feet (1) to the bottom of the Headboard (A1) and Footboard (A2). The diagram shows a cylindrical foot being inserted into a pre-drilled hole and rotated to secure.
STEP 2: Attach Side Rails
Connect the Side Rails (B) to the Headboard (A1) and Footboard (A2). Use Hex-Head bolts (2) and the Allen Key (8) for this step. The diagram shows the side rails being aligned with the headboard and footboard and bolts being inserted and tightened.
STEP 3: Attach Back Frame
Attach the Back Frame (C) to the assembled bed structure. Use Hex-Head bolts (3) for this connection. Arrows in the diagram indicate the points where the frame is attached and bolts are inserted.
STEP 4: Install Main Bed Slats
Secure the Slats (F) to the Side Rails (B) of the main bed frame. Use Wood Screws (4) for this. A detail view shows a screw being driven through a slat into the side rail.
STEP 5-1: Prepare Trundle Frame (Wheels)
Attach Wheels (6) to the trundle frame components. The diagram shows wheels being attached to a long frame piece (labeled F, likely a trundle side rail) using Wood Screws (5). The text mentions "Slats F(x3)", which may refer to specific trundle slats or a quantity of trundle frame pieces.
STEP 5-2: Assemble Trundle
Assemble the trundle unit. First, attach Slats (F) to the Trundle Front Panel (D) and Trundle Back Panel (E) using Wood Screws (4). Then, attach Steel Brackets (7) to the Trundle Front Panel (D) and Slats (F) using Wood Screws (5). Detail views illustrate the placement of screws and brackets.
STEP 12: Insert Trundle
Complete the assembly by sliding the assembled Under Bed Trundle into its position beneath the main bed. Arrows in the diagram indicate the direction of insertion.
