Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra or Tab S9 Cashback Promotion Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (hereinafter – Terms) apply to the promotion: "Purchase a Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra or Tab S9 tablet and get a portion of the purchase price back."
Organizer
1. Samsung Electronics Baltics SIA, registration No. 40003963909, located at Duntes g. 6, Riga, LV-1013, Latvia (hereinafter – Organizer), in order to encourage the sale of certain Samsung devices, is organizing the promotion "Purchase a Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra or Tab S9 tablet and get a portion of the purchase price back" (hereinafter – Promotion).
Promotion Duration and Territory
2. The Promotion is valid from 2025-07-01 to 2025-07-31 (hereinafter – Promotion Period).
3. The Promotion territory is Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia (hereinafter – Promotion Territory).
4. The Promotion is valid in the Organizer's online stores samsung.lv in Latvia, samsung.lt in Lithuania, samsung.ee in Estonia, as well as in the online and offline stores of the sellers listed in Appendix I (hereinafter – Store).
Participants
5. The Promotion is intended only for individuals who purchase the products specified in point 7 of these Terms for personal use.
6. Participants under the age of 18 may participate in the Promotion and receive prizes only with the consent of their parents or legal representatives.
Promotion
7. Promotion products are Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, Tab S9 devices, specified in Appendix II of these Terms (hereinafter – Promotion Products).
8. For purchased Promotion Products, the buyer (hereinafter – Participant) is entitled to participate in the Organizer's Promotion according to these Terms. The purchase must take place during the Promotion Period, in a Store, and the products must be advertised with a "Cashback" program. Products not advertised with a "Cashback" program in the Store cannot participate in this Promotion.
9. The Promotion offer is valid only for Promotion Products distributed by the Organizer and sold in Stores. This Promotion does not apply to Samsung products distributed by other third parties. The buyer must ensure that the selected products are available and eligible for the Promotion in the Store. The buyer must carefully review these Terms and Appendix I to avoid any misunderstandings.
10. In physical retail stores, Stores provide information about the Promotion, and in online stores, Stores provide information about the Promotion and a link to the Terms on the Good Purchase page. ?
11. This Promotion applies only to new Promotion Products and is not valid for resold or previously used products, products previously used as demonstration or display items, or otherwise used for commercial purposes.
12. If a Participant has questions regarding the color, technical specifications, or other details related to the respective Promotion Products and Gift, they should contact the Samsung call center specified in point 42 of these Terms or contact store representatives directly.
13. The quantity of Promotion Products and gifts is limited. Once the limit is reached, participation in the Cashback program will no longer be possible. If the promotion products or gifts are unavailable, the store will indicate "Sold Out".
“Cashback” Program
14. The “Cashback” program stipulates that the Organizer, upon purchasing a Promotion Product according to these Terms and registering for the “Cashback” program, transfers the amounts specified in Appendix II to the Participant's personal bank account in the Promotion Territory, so that they receive the “Cashback” (hereinafter – Cashback).
15. The Participant must submit a Cashback application using the “Samsung Members” program, installed on the newly purchased Promotion Product. It is recommended to submit the Cashback application while geographically located within the Promotion Territory. If the Participant has difficulty registering for the Cashback registration form in the “Samsung Members” application, it is advised to contact the Samsung call center specified in point 42 of these Terms.
16. The Participant must register for Cashback within the first 14 days from the date of purchase of the Promotion Products. When registering for Product Return, the Participant will need to provide their address, contact information, proof of purchase details (receipt or payment slip indicating the purchase or the Promotion Product specified in Appendix II of these Terms), a photo of the product box, and bank details to register for Cashback (hereinafter – Registration Data). The Registration Data must be entered by the Participant.
17. Participants must provide their personal bank account, i.e., the bank account beneficiary name must match the Participant's name.
18. After submitting the Registration Data, the Participant will receive a confirmation email and other communications from the Organizer, which will provide further instructions and the current status of the Cashback procedure. Participants acknowledge that the review of Registration Data and verification of compliance may take several days.
19. If it becomes apparent that the registration data provided by the Participant is incomplete or incorrect, the Organizer will inform the Participant via email about the need to correct the registration data. The Participant must cooperate with the Organizer and correct any registration data deficiencies within 10 working days. If the Participant fails to correct the deficiencies within this period or repeatedly provides incorrect registration data, the Organizer reserves the right to permanently reject incomplete registration data and exclude the Participant from the Promotion at its sole discretion.
20. Cashback will be paid only to the Participant's bank account, provided that the respective bank is established or operates under a relevant license or similar document in the Promotion Territory. Cashback payments will be made within 35 days of successful confirmation of Registration Data according to these Terms and Organizer's instructions.
21. The Participant registers for Cashback only if they have made a final decision to keep the respective Promotion Product (i.e., the Participant will not exercise the right to withdraw from the online purchase agreement and will not return the Promotion Product to the Store).
22. The Cashback program has the following restrictions:
22.1 Each Participant can register for Cashback only once during this Promotion.
22.2 Regardless of whether other requirements of these Terms are met, only the maximum Cashback amount specified in point 22.1 of these Terms can be confirmed for one Participant, indicated by the email address provided during registration and/or the bank account details provided during registration.
23. If a Participant has registered to receive Cashback and later decides to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract and return the Promotion Product to the Store, the Participant must immediately cancel the Cashback registration by calling or writing to the Samsung call center specified in point 40 of these Terms.
24. If a Participant has received Cashback in their bank account and subsequently exercises the right of withdrawal, the Participant must immediately return the received Cashback to the Organizer's bank account, indicating their Cashback registration number and the IMEI number of the Promotion Product in the payment details.
Personal Data
25. The Organizer will use the Participants' personal data for the purpose of executing Cashback and complying with accounting laws. It should be noted that the Organizer does not control or supervise the “Samsung Members” application or the associated “Samsung” account, which may be used to participate in this Promotion under these Terms. Accordingly, any personal data of Participants collected under these Terms is not processed by the Organizer. The privacy statement describing issues related to personal data processing can be found on the website: https://account.samsung.com/membership/policy/privacy.
26. The decision to provide personal data to participate in the Promotion is voluntary. However, if the Participant does not provide the required information, they will not be able to receive Cashback.
27. Participants' personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds: Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter GDPR) (consent); Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR (fulfillment of legal obligation); Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR (legitimate interest in promoting the Samsung brand and products).
28. Where Participants' personal data is processed based on their consent, they have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of data processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
29. Personal data will be shared only with third-party service providers and/or companies within the Organizer's group that provide services to the Organizer, such as campaign organization, support and operation of the “Samsung Members” application and “Samsung” account, and other similar services. These third parties will have access to personal data to provide services to the Organizer and/or execute this Promotion.
30. Participant's personal data will be stored only for as long as necessary for the execution of Cashback. If legal action is initiated, personal data may be stored until the completion of such action. If regulatory legal acts require mandatory storage of personal data, the Organizer will comply with the relevant regulations.
31. The Organizer acts as a data controller. To request access to, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to the processing of Participant's personal data, exercise the right to data portability, or raise other concerns regarding the processing of their personal data, Participants can submit a request to the European Data Protection Officer via the General Data Protection Regulation support page, the link to which is provided in the privacy policy, which can be found at http://www.samsung.com/lv/ (Latvian), https://www.samsung.com/lt/ (Lithuanian), https://www.samsung.com/ee/ (Estonian). Participants can also submit complaints regarding the processing of their personal data to the data protection supervisory authority.
General Provisions
32. The benefits provided under this Promotion cannot be combined with other Organizer campaigns, promotions, or contests, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
33. The Promotion is intended for retail buyers only and is not related to products purchased for the purpose of resale.
34. The general terms and conditions of Store sales and delivery apply, unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms.
35. Participants are not entitled to participate in the Promotion if it is determined that the Participant has not complied with the Terms or has acted unfairly or maliciously in the Promotion.
36. The Organizer reserves the right to change or terminate the Terms at any time without prior notice, provided that the changes are made reasonably and in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
37. The Organizer is not responsible for the suspension of the Promotion due to force majeure, international and national sanctions, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer's control. If there is a risk of targeted sanctions, the Organizer reserves the right to request additional information from the Participant.
38. Participants agree that the Organizer is not liable for any losses or damages incurred while participating in or related to the Promotion, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
39. The Organizer is not responsible for: a) electronic mail and registration data not received due to system errors and other reasons beyond the Organizer's control; b) any computer network errors or omissions; c) any disruptions, damages, and losses caused by circumstances beyond the Organizer's control; d) any errors made by the Participant (technical or otherwise).
40. The execution of the Promotion is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes related to the Promotion will be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
41. The choice of applicable law and jurisdiction does not reduce the Participant's protection, which is ensured by provisions from which it is not permissible to deviate according to Regulation (EC) No. 593/2008 and Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012.
42. If a Participant has questions or claims regarding the Promotion, they can be submitted until 2025-10-31 by calling or writing to the Samsung call center.
