If consumers use a power adapter for charging, they should purchase a power adapter that has obtained CCC certification and meets the standards.
Precautions
- Do not disassemble the casing without authorization.
- Do not place the device near heat sources such as radiators, spotlights, or other equipment that generates heat.
- The battery cannot be replaced by yourself.
- Please use a soft dry cloth to clean the device.
- When using and storing, please pay attention to dust and moisture prevention.
- For best pickup effect, do not place your hand on the microphone head.
Overview
BOYALINK is a mini and portable 2.4 GHz wireless microphone system compatible with cameras, smartphones, tablets, and computers. The product features a settable noise reduction function, providing excellent broadcast-quality sound. It is easy to use and suitable for content creation, live streaming, vlogging, and mobile news gathering.
This series comes with three types of adapters: 3.5mm TRS, USB-C, and iOS Lightning. The receiver has a Type-C charging port. When used with the iOS Lightning / USB-C adapter, it supports charging the device while recording.
The charging case can provide mobile power for the transmitter and receiver, making it convenient for travel.

3. Power button
- Long press to turn on/off; short press to enable/disable mute mode.
- When the receiver is connected to a smartphone, double-click this button to control the phone's camera for photos or videos.
- When powered off, long press for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode.
4. +/- buttons
- Short press the "+" / "-" buttons to adjust microphone gain (6 levels in total).
- Press and hold the "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously to enable/disable noise reduction. (Noise reduction has two levels: strong and weak, which can be adjusted in the BOYA Central App according to the usage scenario).
- Parameter settings are retained after the device is powered off.
5. Gain indicator light
The three indicator lights are divided into two gain levels. From top to bottom, they correspond to gain levels 6/5, 4/3, and 2/1 respectively. When the gain is adjusted to the maximum, all three indicator lights flash 3 times simultaneously. When the gain is adjusted to the minimum, only the bottom indicator light flashes 3 times.

2. Power button
- Long press to turn on/off; double-click to enable/disable external output function.
- When powered off, long press for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode.
Note:
- (1) Enabling/disabling the external output function will restart the receiver.
- (2) After enabling the external output function, you can output phone audio externally without unplugging the receiver.
3. Mono/Stereo switching button
The output mode can be set to mono or stereo. In mono mode, the audio recorded by the two transmitters will be merged into one audio channel. In stereo mode, the audio from the two transmitters will be distributed to the left and right independent channels.

Used for charging the receiver. When the receiver with a Lightning / Type-C adapter is connected to an external device, this charging port can be used to charge the external device.

Compatible with Android phones, tablets, and other devices with a Type-C interface.

Operation Guide
1. For outdoor recording or in windy environments, it is recommended to install the windproof fur cover on the transmitter to maintain clear recording effects.
2. Select the appropriate adapter and install it into the receiver's slot, then connect it to a camera, phone, tablet, or computer.
3. Long press the power buttons of the transmitter and receiver to turn them on.
4. The transmitter and receiver are paired at the factory. If the connection is lost, long press the power button for 5 seconds when both are powered off to enter pairing mode. Release when the indicator light flashes blue rapidly.
5. The transmitter and receiver will complete pairing within 10 seconds, and their indicator lights will be solid blue.
6. Toggle the M button to switch between mono/stereo output modes.
7. It is recommended to perform a short recording test before formal recording to check if the audio level is acceptable.
8. In noisy recording environments, you can also press the transmitter's "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously to enable noise reduction mode for better recording results. Note: When two transmitters are connected to the receiver simultaneously, their noise reduction functions can be synchronized.
9. Double-click the receiver's power button to enable the external output function, allowing direct external output of phone audio.
10. After recording, place the transmitter/receiver into the charging case for charging.
BOYA Central Application
When the receiver is connected to a phone or computer, it is recommended to use the BOYA Central application to assist with audio recording.
1. Scan the QR code below with your phone to download and install the BOYA Central application.
2. Connect the receiver to your phone using the included Lightning / USB-C adapter, and enable the BOYA Central application. Tap BOYALINK to enter the control page for the receiver (RX), transmitter (TXA), and transmitter (TXB).
App Interface Explanation:
- Tap "External Output" to enable/disable the external output function. (The receiver will restart when the external output function is enabled or disabled).
- Tap "Weak Noise Reduction" / "Strong Noise Reduction" to switch between noise reduction levels.
- A prompt will appear asking for confirmation before restarting the device when enabling or disabling the external output function.
Troubleshooting

No Sound from the Device
- Check if the product is connected properly and if the adapter is loose; or remove the adapter and wipe the charging contacts with a clean cloth.
- Check if the gain is set to the minimum.
- Please verify if the device's mute mode is enabled.
Device Sound Too Low, Too High, or Distorted
Adjust the gain to find the most suitable level for the current environment to improve recording quality.
Unclean Current Sound or Abnormal Noise During Monitoring
Check for interference sources near the device. If the noise persists after moving the device to a different location, please contact customer service.
Limited Product Range and Frequent Sound Interruption
Check for interference sources between the transmitter and receiver. Try moving the product to a different location to confirm. If the sound interruption persists, please contact customer service.
Howling Sound When Using Receiver with Adapter
Check if the phone's external output function is enabled on the receiver. Enabling the external output function may cause howling.
Charging Case Cannot Charge Transmitter/Receiver
- Check if the charging contacts are properly connected. You can try wiping the charging contacts with a clean cloth and verifying again.
- Check if the magnets are aged or if the charging contacts are not making proper contact. You can try pressing the transmitter/receiver manually to see if it enters the charging state. If it still does not charge, please contact customer service.
