Thank You For Choosing IN-FBG-P-RAN1K-002 1/26/2021 Remove components shown from machine keep all components removed from machine remove Bumper remove Grille (Passenger Side) remove Bolts remove hardware (Passenger Side) remove Winch and Mount if applicable IN-FBG-P-RAN1K-002 2 remove Upper Arm hardware shown Do not tighten hardware completely unless noted. IN-FBG-P-RAN1K-002 3 - Install Mount Plate (B) to Frame with hardware shown. 4x B M10 x 25mm (Replacement Upper A-Arm) 2x - M10 x 110mm IN-FBG-P-RAN1K-002 4 - Install Support (D) to Frame; secure to previously installed Bolts with hardware shown. D 2x M10 Nut - Secure Mount Plate (B) to Support (D) with hardware shown. 2 each B M8 x 35mm M8 Nut IN-FBG-P-RAN1K-002 5 - Install hardware shown to completely secure Mount Plate (B) to Frame. M10 x 25mm 4 each M10 Nut - Install Right Support (F) to Frame and Mount Plate (B) with hardware shown. - Repeat for Left Support (G). F M10 x 60mm M10 Nut M10 x 25mm IN-FBG-P-RAN1K-002 Install Winch at this time and tighten all hardware completely. 6 - Install Cover Plate (E) to Mount Plate (B) with hardware shown. E 2x - M8 x 25mm IN-FBG-P-RAN1K-002 7 - Install Hoop (C) to Brush Guard (A) with hardware shown. - Tighten hardware completely. 6 each A M6 x 20mm C M6 Nut - If installing 4500 lbs. or 6000 lbs. Winch, install Fairlead Adapter (H) and with hardware shown. Fairlead and Fairlead hardware included with Winch. - Tighten hardware completely. H M12 x 30mm 2 each M12 Nut IN-FBG-P-RAN1K-002 8 - Install Brush Guard (A) to Mount Plate (B) with hardware shown. - Tighten hardware completely. A 2x - M8 x 25mm A IN-FBG-P-RAN1K-002 4x - M10 x 25mm remove - If LED Lights are being installed, remove Plates in Brush Guard (A) and install LED's; reuse Plate hardware. - Tighten hardware completely. LED 9 - If LED Bar is being installed, remove Hoop (C) from Brush Guard (A) and install Right and Left Supports (F)(G) with hardware shown. - Install LED Bar with hardware shown. - Tighten hardware completely. - Reinstall Hoop (C). Adding, modifying, or fabricating any factory or aftermarket parts will void any warranty provided by SuperATV® and is not recommended. SuperATV's® products could interfere with other aftermarket accessories. If user has aftermarket products on machine, contact SuperATV® to verify that they will work together. Although SuperATV® has thousands of satisfied customers, user should be aware that installing lift kits, long travel, or suspension kits, tires, etc. will change the ride of machine and may increase maintenance and part wear. Operating any off-road machine while, or after, consuming alcohol and/or drugs increases risk of bodily harm or death. No warranty or representation is made as to this product's ability to protect user from severe injury or death. SuperATV® urges operators and occupants to wear a helmet and appropriate riding gear at all times. By purchasing and installing SuperATV® products, user agrees that should damages occur, SuperATV® will not be held responsible for loss of time, use, labor fees, replacement parts, or freight charges. SuperATV®, nor any 3rd party, will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from any product purchased from SuperATV®. The total liability of seller to user for all damages, losses, and causes of action, if any, shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. SuperATV® will warranty only parts provided by SuperATV®. Any damage or problems with OEM housings, bearings, seals, or other manufacturers' products will not be covered by SuperATV®. SuperATV® parts and products are not warrantied if item was not installed properly, misused, or modified. Installing, adding, modifying, or fabricating any factory or aftermarket product to your ATV/UTV may violate certain local, state, and federal laws. Be advised that laws vary depending on town, city, county, state, etc. Use of certain products on public streets, roads, or highways may be in violation law. The Buyer is solely and exclusively legally and personally responsible for any violation of the law by the installation or use of the product.
