Removal Steps

Keep all components removed from machine.

Remove the vehicle's front bumper.

Remove the vehicle's front grille.

Remove the existing hardware and bolts securing the original bumper assembly (Passenger Side).

If applicable, remove the winch and its mount.

Pre-Assembly

Remove Upper Arm hardware as shown.

Important: Do not tighten hardware completely unless specifically noted in a step.

Step 1: Install Mount Plate (B) to Frame

Attach the Mount Plate (B) to the vehicle's frame using the following hardware:

Use four (4x) M10 x 25mm bolts for general attachment.

Use two (2x) M10 x 110mm bolts for securing to the replacement upper A-arm.

Step 2: Install Support (D)

Attach Support (D) to the vehicle's frame. Secure it to the previously installed bolts using two (2x) M10 Nuts.

Step 3: Secure Mount Plate (B) to Support (D)

Secure the Mount Plate (B) to the Support (D) using two (2x) M8 x 35mm bolts and two (2x) M8 Nuts.

Step 4: Completely Secure Mount Plate (B) to Frame

Install the remaining hardware to completely secure the Mount Plate (B) to the frame. Use four (4x) M10 x 25mm bolts and four (4x) M10 Nuts.

Step 5: Install Right and Left Supports (F & G)

Install the Right Support (F) to the vehicle's frame and the Mount Plate (B) using the provided hardware. Repeat this process for the Left Support (G).

Hardware for each support: one (1x) M10 x 60mm bolt and one (1x) M10 x 25mm bolt, secured with M10 Nuts.

Note: Install the winch at this time and tighten all hardware completely.

Step 6: Install Cover Plate (E)

Attach the Cover Plate (E) to the Mount Plate (B) using two (2x) M8 x 25mm bolts.

Step 7: Install Hoop (C) and Fairlead Adapter (H)

Install the Hoop (C) to the Brush Guard (A) using six (6x) M6 x 20mm bolts and six (6x) M6 Nuts. Tighten hardware completely.

For 4500 lbs. or 6000 lbs. Winch Installation: Install the Fairlead Adapter (H) using the provided hardware. The fairlead and its hardware are included with the winch. Tighten hardware completely.

Hardware for Fairlead Adapter (H): two (2x) M12 x 30mm bolts and two (2x) M12 Nuts.

Step 8: Install Brush Guard (A)

Attach the Brush Guard (A) to the Mount Plate (B) using the provided hardware. Use two (2x) M8 x 25mm bolts and four (4x) M10 x 25mm bolts. Tighten hardware completely.

Step 9: Install LED Lights (Optional)

If installing LED Lights: Remove the plates from the Brush Guard (A) and install the LED lights. Reuse the original plate hardware. Tighten hardware completely.

Step 10: Install LED Bar (Optional)

If installing an LED Bar: Remove the Hoop (C) from the Brush Guard (A). Install the Right and Left Supports (F & G) to the Brush Guard (A) using the provided hardware.

Hardware for Supports (F & G): two (2x) M8 x 14mm bolts with M8 Washers, and two (2x) M6 x 20mm bolts with M6 Washers and M6 Nuts.

Install the LED Bar to the Supports (F & G) using the appropriate hardware (typically included with the LED Bar). Tighten hardware completely.

Reinstall the Hoop (C) to the Brush Guard (A).

Although SuperATV® has thousands of satisfied customers, user should be aware that installing lift kits, long travel, or suspension kits, tires, etc. will change the ride of machine and may increase maintenance and part wear. Operating any off-road machine while, or after, consuming alcohol and/or drugs increases risk of bodily harm or death. No warranty or representation is made as to this product's ability to protect user from severe injury or death. SuperATV® urges operators and occupants to wear a helmet and appropriate riding gear at all times.

By purchasing and installing SuperATV® products, user agrees that should damages occur, SuperATV® will not be held responsible for loss of time, use, labor fees, replacement parts, or freight charges. SuperATV®, nor any 3rd party, will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from any product purchased from SuperATV®. The total liability of seller to user for all damages, losses, and causes of action, if any, shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

SuperATV® will warranty only parts provided by SuperATV®. Any damage or problems with OEM housings, bearings, seals, or other manufacturers' products will not be covered by SuperATV®. SuperATV® parts and products are not warrantied if item was not installed properly, misused, or modified.

Installing, adding, modifying, or fabricating any factory or aftermarket product to your ATV/UTV may violate certain local, state, and federal laws. Be advised that laws vary depending on town, city, county, state, etc. Use of certain products on public streets, roads, or highways may be in violation law. The Buyer is solely and exclusively legally and personally responsible for any violation of the law by the installation or use of the product. You must abide by all local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to vehicle safety, traffic laws, and ordinances. It is your responsibility to know the laws and how they apply to you.

The Buyer is responsible to fully understand the capability and limitations of his/her vehicle according to manufacturer specifications, warnings and instructions and agrees to hold SuperATV® harmless from any damage resulting from failure to adhere to such specifications, warnings and/ or instructions. The Buyer is also responsible to obey all applicable federal, state, and local laws and ordinances when operating his/her vehicle while using this product, and the Buyer agrees to hold SuperATV® harmless from any violation thereof.
