Fitting Instructions
- Remove the four bolts each side securing the step brackets to the chassis.
- Using Item E (M12 x 110 Bolts) with Item G (Flat Washers) loosely bolt Items B (Side Arms) to the outer face of each chassis member.
- Using Item F (M12 x 45 Bolts) with Item G (Flat Washers) bolt Item A (Crossmember) to Item B (Side Arms).
- Using Item D (M16 x 50 Bolts) bolt the ball bracket and wiring plate (not supplied in this kit) to the mounting plate.
- Fully tighten all nuts and bolts and ensure the towbar is rigid and secure.
Note: Coupling spacer (Item C) is provided if required.
