MicroSD Card Slot: The microSD card slot on the camera is intended solely for manufacturer testing during production and does not support user data storage.
Charging
Fully charge the camera before use.
The camera is not fully charged upon arrival due to safety regulations. Charge it for 14 hours using the provided charging cable (DC5V / 1.5A).

Important Temperature Note: When charging, ensure both the ambient temperature and camera temperature are above 32°F (0°C). If the camera has been exposed to low temperatures for an extended period, allow it to return to room temperature before charging.
Downloading the Birdfy App
To use the Birdfy Feeder Bamboo Mini, you need to pair it with the Birdfy app. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Bird Identification
The Birdfy Feeder Bamboo Mini features AI-powered bird identification. If your model includes Lifetime Free AI, the feature is automatically activated. For models with AI by Subscription, you need to subscribe at my.birdfy.com to access this functionality.
Assembly
Assemble the extension perch:
- Install the extension perch using the provided screws. [Diagram showing perch attachment with screws]
- Connect the camera to the solar panel (if applicable).

Refer to the solar panel instruction manual for specific solar panel installation details.
Outdoor Installation
The Birdfy Feeder Bamboo Mini can be installed in three ways:
A. Pole-mounted

B. Tree-mounted

C. Wall-mounted
- Use the drill template and an electric drill (15/64", 6mm) to drill four holes in the wall. [Diagram showing drilling holes with template and drill]
- Drive the provided plastic anchors into the holes. (Skip this step if mounting on wood). Fasten the hanging bracket on the wall using the screws. [Diagram showing anchors and bracket attachment]

Adding Birdseed
Open the seed bin cover and carefully pour birdseed into the feeder. [Diagram showing birdseed being poured into the feeder]
Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your feeder:
- Remove the camera unit. [Diagram showing camera removal]

- Rinse the feeder components with water. [Diagram showing rinsing components] Do not use bleach.
Maintenance
