Assembly Instructions
- Flip the storage tray onto its side.
- Using 25 mm bolts, attach the casters to the storage tray. Ensure the wheel plates are oriented correctly. Note: Locking wheels should not be placed diagonally from each other. For each caster, ensure all four bolts are inserted into position before tightening.
- Set the storage tray upright on its wheels.
- Using 15 mm bolts, attach each upright support beam to the outside of the storage tray. Note: The bottom end of the upright support beams has the first two holes spaced 4 inches apart. This end should be attached to the outside of the storage tray. Ensure bolts are tight.
- The base of the storage tray has three walls. The side without a wall should face forward. Using 15 mm bolts, attach three crossbars with screw holes (holes facing up) to the upright support beams on both the left and right sides of the storage tray. Do not fully tighten bolts.
- Using 15 mm bolts, attach three crossbars without center screw holes to the upright support beams on the front and back sides of the storage tray. Do not fully tighten bolts.
- Using 15 mm bolts, attach the post racks to the crossbars with screw holes. Do not fully tighten bolts.
- Tighten all bolts on the 12 crossbars and 8 post racks.
