Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Attach Casters to Bottom Shelf
Attach casters to the bottom shelf using hex bolts, lock washers, and flat washers. Do not tighten fully. (Refer to Figure 1 description below).
NOTE: Ensure both swivel casters with brakes are placed on one end of the cart, and both swivel casters without brakes are on the opposite end.
Figure 1 Description: This diagram illustrates the bottom shelf plate and the attachment of four casters. Two casters are equipped with brakes, and two are standard swivel casters. The instruction emphasizes correct placement of the braked casters on one side and the non-braked casters on the other.
Step 2: Attach Supports to Bottom Shelf Plate
Insert large Phillips head bolts through the lower holes in the bottom shelf plate. Thread these bolts through the supports and into the threaded inserts in the bottom shelf. Subsequently, insert small Phillips head bolts through the upper holes of the bottom shelf plate and into the supports. Secure all connections with locknuts. (Refer to Figure 2 description below).
NOTE: Verify that the two supports with a notch at their top are positioned facing each other on opposite ends of the cart. The supports featuring a rubber bumper should also be aligned on the same side.
Figure 2 Description: This diagram details the connection of the bottom shelf plate to the supports. It highlights the 'Lower Holes' and 'Upper Hole' on the shelf plate, the 'Notch' at the top of the support, and the 'Bumper' on the support. The note clarifies the orientation of these features for correct assembly.
Step 3: Attach Middle Shelf
Attach the middle shelf to the supports using small Phillips head bolts and locknuts. Ensure that the side of the middle shelf without a lip is positioned on the same side as the supports that have a notch. (Refer to Figure 3 description below).
Figure 3 Description: This diagram shows the middle shelf being attached to the supports. It points out the 'Notch' on the supports and the 'Side Without Lip' on the shelf, emphasizing that these should be aligned on the same side for proper installation.
Step 4: Attach Handle
Attach the handle to the supports that do not have bumpers. Use medium Phillips head bolts and locknuts for this step. The brackets on the handle, through which the bolts pass, should be positioned on the inside of the supports. (Refer to Figure 4 description below).
Figure 4 Description: This diagram illustrates the process of attaching the handle to the supports. It shows the handle's brackets being secured to the inside of the supports using medium Phillips head bolts and locknuts.
Step 5: Attach Top Shelf
Attach the top shelf to the supports using small Phillips head bolts and locknuts. Ensure that the side of the top shelf without a lip is aligned with the same side of the supports that have a notch. Tighten all bolts fully. (Refer to Figure 5 description below).
Figure 5 Description: This diagram depicts the final step of attaching the top shelf. It shows the top shelf being secured to the supports, with an emphasis on aligning the side without a lip with the notched side of the supports. The instruction to tighten all bolts completely is also conveyed.
