Safety Precautions
- ⚠️ CAUTION! Only open one drawer at a time to prevent the cart from tipping over.
- Close the chest lid and lock drawers before moving the cart.
- Do not stand on the cart or climb on the drawers, as this may cause injury.
- Do not place the cart on a truck bed or any other moving object.
- Lock swivel casters to keep the cart stationary.
- Do not pull the cart; push it to move.
- Lubricate the top and bottom channels of the drawer slides at least twice a year.
Assembly Instructions
1. Attach Casters
Diagram Description: Shows the bottom tray positioned on its side, with casters being attached to the underside using bolts and nuts.
- Place the bottom tray on its side.
- Align a caster with the holes on the bottom tray.
- Attach the caster to the bottom tray using four M8 hex head bolts and four M8 nuts. Ensure the bolt heads are on the inside of the tray. Use the hex wrench to tighten, but do not fully secure until all casters are attached.
- Repeat Step 3 for the remaining casters.
- Note: Install rigid casters on one end of the bottom tray and swivel casters with brakes on the opposite end.
- Completely tighten all bolts.
2. Attach Legs

- Place the bottom tray (with casters) upright. Lock the swivel casters.
- Attach a leg to the outside of the tray using four 5/16 x 1/2" bolts and four 13 mm nuts.
- Note: Position the leg so the two middle holes are closer to the bottom tray.
- Note: Ensure that the bolt heads face outward.
- Repeat Step 2 for the remaining three legs.
- Completely tighten all bolts.
3. Attach Struts
Diagram Description: Shows the cart frame with legs, and struts being attached to the inside of the legs using bolts and nuts.
- Attach a long strut to the inside of the legs using two 5/16 x 1/2" bolts and two 13 mm nuts.
- Note: Ensure the strut lip faces inward and downward.
- Repeat Step 1 for the second long strut.
- Attach a short strut to the inside of the legs using two 5/16 x 1/2" bolts and two 13 mm nuts.
- Note: Ensure the strut lip faces inward and the holes face upward.
- Repeat Step 3 for the second short strut.
- Completely tighten all bolts.
4. Attach Chest
Diagram Description: Shows the chest being placed inside the assembled leg structure, aligning holes for attachment with bolts and nuts.
- Place the chest inside the legs. Ensure the holes at the top of the legs align with the holes on the chest.
- Choose which side to install the handle. On the side without the handle, thread four 5/16 x 1/2" bolts and four 13 mm nuts into each corner. On the side where the handle will be installed, only thread two 5/16 x 1/2" bolts and two 13 mm nuts at the top, leaving the bottom holes open.
5. Attach Handle
Diagram Description: Shows the handle being aligned with the remaining open holes on the chest and secured with bolts and nuts from the inside.
- Align the handle with the remaining open holes from the previous step.
- Attach the handle with two 5/16 x 5/8" bolts and two 13 mm nuts. Tighten the nuts from inside the chest.
