Assembly Instructions

Step 1

Place the deck upside down on a smooth, non-marring surface.

Step 2

Fit the socket stiffeners into the groove in the deck. Ensure the welded nuts face toward the middle of the deck. Note: A nut is welded to each socket stiffener.

Step 3

Place the swivel casters on the deck at the end with the socket stiffeners.

Step 4

Place the rigid casters at the opposite end of the deck.

Step 5

Center the top plate of each caster over the socket stiffener tube and align it with the four caster holes in the deck.

Step 6

Place one washer over each long screw.

Step 7

Insert a long screw through the slot in each caster and screw it down. This step requires a 9/16" socket wrench. Four long screws are required per caster.

Step 8

Turn the deck over so it rests on its casters. Insert the handle into the socket stiffeners.

Step 9

Fully thread a nut onto each bolt. There are two nuts and two bolts provided.

Step 10

Thread the bolts into the nuts welded to each socket stiffener. Tighten securely using a 9/16" socket wrench.

Step 11

Tighten the nut securely against the welded nut attached to the socket stiffener. This requires a 9/16" wrench.
