Water Resistance

Casio watches are designed to be water resistant, indicated by the WR (Water Resistant) marking. This resistance is based on ISO 2281 standards.

Basic Operations

Timekeeping Mode:

To set the time:

  1. Press the [P] button until the time display is shown.
  2. Press and hold the [A] button to enter the setting mode. The seconds digits will flash.
  3. Press the [C] button to advance to the next setting or to change the flashing digit.
  4. Press the [B] button to decrease a flashing digit.
  5. Press the [A] button to exit setting mode.

The watch supports both 12-hour and 24-hour formats. You can switch between them by pressing the [C] button when the hour digits are flashing during time setting.

Stopwatch Function

The stopwatch measures elapsed time up to 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59.99 seconds with a resolution of 1/100th of a second.

Alarm Function

The watch includes an alarm function.

  1. Press the [P] button to select the alarm mode.
  2. Press and hold the [A] button to set the alarm time.
  3. Use the [C] and [B] buttons to adjust the hour and minute.
  4. Press [A] to confirm the alarm time.
  5. Press the [C] button to turn the alarm ON or OFF.

Battery Replacement

When the battery runs low, it may need replacement. The recommended battery type is typically a coin cell (e.g., ML2016 for some models). Consult a qualified technician for battery replacement to ensure water resistance is maintained.

Note: Battery life is approximately 10 years for some models.
