Display User Guide
Important Safety Precautions
Please read all the instructions carefully before using the product.
When cleaning the display, please unplug the power cord. Wipe the display with a soft wet cloth instead of liquid or spray cleaner. Use OLED screen cleaner for stubborn stains.
Do not use accessories not recommended by the manufacturer, as it may be dangerous.
When unplugging the power cord or power adapter, hold the plug with your hand, not the cord.
Do not place the display near water (bathtub, sink, washing machine) or on wet ground, or near a swimming pool. Do not press the OLED screen surface with fingers or hard objects.
The grooves and holes on the shell are for ventilation and heat dissipation. Do not block them by placing the display on beds, sofas, carpets, or near radiators/heaters. Ensure adequate ventilation for built-in devices.
Use only the specified power supply type. Consult the dealer or local power administration if unsure.
For safety, the display uses a three-prong plug. Ensure it is used with a properly grounded socket. Contact an electrician if your socket is incompatible.
Do not attempt to repair the display yourself due to high voltage. Repairs should be done by qualified personnel.
Unplug the power cord and contact qualified maintenance personnel if:
- The power cord or plug is damaged or worn out.
- The display has been dropped or the shell is damaged.
- Any obvious abnormality indicates a need for repair.
Place the display in a well-ventilated environment, away from strong light, high temperature, or humidity.
Storage temperature: -20°C to 55°C. Handling the monitor screen requires care as it is fragile.
Mounting Location
Install on the base: Ensure adequate space around the display as shown in the figure (e.g., 30cm, 10cm clearances).
Ventilation: Do not cover ventilation holes or insert anything into the shell. Avoid placing the display in confined spaces like bookcases or built-in closets without adequate ventilation.
Installation Guide:
- Install near an easily accessible AC power socket.
- Use a suitable base for safety.
- Place on a smooth horizontal plane to prevent injury.
- Avoid locations with mechanical vibration, insects, or strong electromagnetic fields.
- Do not place directly facing an air conditioner to prevent condensation.
Safety Protection
If the PC video signal exceeds the display's frequency range, the display will disable line and field synchronization signals to protect itself. Adjust the PC's output frequency to an acceptable range.

Keys And Interfaces
Screen: Features a joystick for control and a power indicator.
Interfaces: Includes HDMI 1, HDMI 2, DP, TYPE-C, USB-UP, USB 1, USB 2, and DC 24V ports.
Initial Shortcut Keys:
- ↑: Signal Source Input / Move Up
- ↓: Shortcut Key for Luminance / Move Down
- Shortcut Key for Gaming Assistance / Exit and Return Previous Menu
- Shortcut Key for KVM / Open/Ok
- Short press to turn on the display. Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn off.
Signal Cable Connection: Connect HDMI or DP signal output from PC to the monitor's corresponding input port.
Headset Connection: Connect headset for audio output; external loudspeakers are also supported.
Upgrade through USB: The USB port is for firmware updates only. Do not insert other devices. (USB3.0: 5V-0.9A)
Power Indicator: Constant light indicates normal operation; flashing light indicates no signal. The display remains powered on in standby mode. Unplug the power cord when not in use.

Simple Problems Disposal
| Symptoms | Disposal Methods |
|---|---|
| 1. Blank screen / Power indicator does not work | Check power supply connection and if the display is turned off. |
| 2. Blurred, too large or too small images | Go to "Image Settings" > "Image Auto Adjust" (VGA only). |
| 3. Dark screen | Adjust "Brightness & Contrast" in the menu. |
| 4. Display overheating | Ensure at least 10cm of ventilated space around the display. Do not place articles on the display. |
| 5. Dark/light spots when powered on | This is normal. Backlight may emit uneven light initially, but it should normalize within 20 minutes. |
| 6. Image distortion, flashing, shaking | Check computer configuration, resolution, and refresh rate. |
| 7. Noisy signal when powered off | This may occur due to normal discharge during power-off. |
