First Time Setup: Bluetooth Connection

1. Step 1: Activate Bluetooth from your device's settings.

2. Step 2: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds. Release the button. The indicator light near the earcup will flash red and blue to indicate pairing mode.

3. Step 3: Select "JLab Rewind" in your device's connection settings. Once connected, the indicator light will flash blue slowly.

Connecting New / Additional Devices

Turn off Bluetooth on the previously connected device and turn it on for the new device. Repeat the FIRST TIME SETUP procedure for new devices.

Important Notes:

• Bluetooth is a wireless radio technology sensitive to objects between the earbuds and the connected device. The earbuds are designed for use within a maximum distance of 10 meters (approx. 33 feet) from the connected device, without intervening objects (walls, etc.).
• Once connected, the earbuds memorize the device and automatically connect on future power-ups. Only one device can be connected at a time. To connect a different device, turn off Bluetooth from the currently connected device's settings.
• If the Bluetooth connection is lost, manually reconnect the device.

Voice Notifications

• POWER ON = Acoustic signal
• BLUETOOTH CONNECTED = Two beeps
• LOW BATTERY = "Low battery" (Less than 20%)
• POWER OFF = Acoustic signal

Charging

Important: You cannot turn on the earbuds while charging. Approximately 3 hours are needed for a full charge.

Connect the Rewind earbuds to a computer or a 5V USB power supply using the included cable.

The red indicator light shows charging is in progress [Red Light: Charging], while the blue light indicates charging is complete [Blue Light: Charging Complete].

Button Functions

• BLUETOOTH CONNECTION: (Follow first-time setup instructions)
• POWER ON: Press and hold for 2 seconds.
• POWER OFF: Press and hold for 4 seconds (slowly flashing blue light indicates earbuds are on).
• PLAY/PAUSE / ANSWER CALL / END CALL: Press 1 time [Play/Pause Symbol].
• ACTIVATE SIRI (iOS) OR "OK GOOGLE" (ANDROID): Press 2 times [Voice Assistant Symbol].
• NEXT TRACK: Press and hold for 2 seconds [Next Track Symbol].

Equalizer Modes

CHANGE EQ: Press 3 times. The Rewind earbuds cycle through 3 different EQ settings.

• JLab SIGNATURE: [1 Beep] Audio with amplified vocals and bass.
• BALANCED: [2 Beeps] Uniform audio without additional enhancements.
• BASS BOOST: [3 Beeps] Amplified bass and deep bass.

Precautions

• Avoid moisture or liquids entering the earcups.
• Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity.
• Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds; avoid bending the cable or subjecting it to excessive stress by pulling quickly or with too much force.
• Earwax buildup in the earcups may affect sound quality. Carefully remove with a cotton swab or a similarly sized tool to improve sound quality.
• If you experience discomfort or pain, lower the volume or temporarily stop using the earbuds.
• If discomfort persists during use, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
• It is recommended to handle the earbuds with care and store them in a safe place when not in use.
