Installation Steps
Step 1: Attach TV Brackets to TV
Select the appropriate TV bolts (F, D, or E) and spacers (C1/B1, C2/B2/B3) that fit your TV's VESA mounting holes. The correct bolt diameter should thread smoothly into the VESA mounting holes. Only one size typically fits your TV.
Instructions:
- Identify the correct bolt and spacer combination for your TV.
- Thread the selected bolts through the TV brackets (01, 02) and into the VESA holes on the back of your TV.
- Ensure the bolts are snug but do not overtighten.
- Warning:
- The depth of the bottom holes may differ from the top holes.
- If the bolt is too short, it may not adequately support the TV.
- Do not turn the bolt past the bottom of the hole.
- If the bolt is too long, it could damage the TV.
- At least 4-5 turns into the threading are required for secure mounting.
Diagram Description: Shows selecting bolts and spacers, then attaching them to the TV brackets which are then aligned with the TV's VESA holes. A checkmark indicates correct attachment, a cross indicates incorrect.
Step 2: Mount the Wall Plate
Choose the appropriate mounting option based on your wall type.
Option A: For Solid Concrete Walls
Warning: Avoid the risk of personal injury or property damage! Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate (do not overtighten). Do not use a drill; only use a socket wrench. Use wall anchors [A2] for this mounting option. Mount the wall plate directly on the concrete surface.
Diagram Description: Illustrates drilling holes into a concrete wall using a 3/8" (10mm) drill bit, inserting wall anchors (A2), and then securing the wall plate using lag screws (A1) with a socket wrench. A minimum concrete depth of 8" (203mm) is indicated.
Option B: For Wood Walls
Warning: Avoid the risk of personal injury or property damage! Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate (do not overtighten). Do not use a drill; only use a socket wrench. Do not use wall anchors [A2] for this mounting option.
Diagram Description: Illustrates drilling pilot holes into wood studs using a 5/32" (4mm) drill bit. The wall plate is then secured directly to the wood studs using lag screws (A1) with a socket wrench. A minimum wood depth of 2.36" (60mm) is indicated.
Step 3: Attach TV to Wall Plate
Carefully lift your TV and hook the TV brackets onto the wall plate. Ensure the brackets are securely engaged.
Locking Mechanism:
Pull down on the safety straps/cables attached to the TV brackets, then release them to lock the TV in place. You should hear or feel a click.
Diagram Description: Shows lifting the TV with attached brackets and hooking them onto the wall plate. A close-up shows pulling down a release strap and then releasing it to lock the bracket onto the wall plate.
Step 4: Adjustments and Final Checks
Tilt Adjustment: If the tilt adjustment does not hold, fully tighten the bolts on the tilt mechanism.
Diagram Description: Shows a hand tightening a bolt on the tilt mechanism with a tool, indicating how to adjust or secure the tilt angle.
Troubleshooting
Tilt won't hold? Fully tighten the bolts on the tilt mechanism.
Removing the TV
Unlock: Pull down on the safety straps/cables to unlock the TV brackets from the wall plate.
Note: Disconnect all cables before removing the TV.
