Wire Connection
Diagram description: A power adapter is connected to the UFO LED Controller, which then connects to LED Strips or other constant voltage lights. The controller has input terminals for DC voltage and output terminals for V+, RGB, W, C.
Button Functions:
- Short press: Change dynamic mode (or turn on if powered off).
- Long press (3 seconds): Turn off the device.
- Long press (8 seconds): Restore factory settings.
Connection Details:
- The connection between the controller and the power supply uses a DC barrel jack.
- Controller input terminals are labeled: Input DC:(12-48)V V+ V-.
- Controller output terminals are labeled: Output V+RGBWC.

Download the "Surplife" APP from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
How to Connect to Wi-Fi Network
- Register/Login: Register or log in to your Surplife account.
- Enable Bluetooth and Device: Open your phone's Bluetooth and turn on the device.

Add Device: In the Surplife app, tap "Add Device" or the
[add]
icon. Select your Wi-Fi network (only 2.4Ghz networks are supported) and enter the password. - Configure Device: After successfully connecting to Wi-Fi, you can modify the device name and select a room for it.
APP Interface Instructions
1. Color and Brightness Control
Control 16 million colors and adjust brightness. Select color temperature from 2700K-6500K. Tap the [add]
icon in the lower right corner to save favorite colors. You can set delay or gradual on/off for lights.
2. Music Mode
Synchronize lighting with music rhythm. Click "Add Music" to import a music file or use the built-in music library.
Microphone Control
Lights change color with sound rhythm detected by the phone's microphone. Adjust microphone sensitivity using a slider. Audio can be input via the built-in APP microphone or an external microphone (for sound control versions).
3. Scene Mode
Choose from 44 built-in modes or create custom scenes using the [add]
button.
4. Light Timer
Schedule lights to turn on or off automatically at specified times. You can set specific colors or changing modes for these scheduled events.
5. Grouping Operations
Long press one of the devices, then select the lights you want to group. Create a group, rename it, and complete the process. Devices will not be displayed individually after being merged.
iOS System Widget
Create a scene for your light and add a command for widget use.
- Navigate to "Profile" > Tap "Widget" > Add the scene to Widget.
- Then add the "Surplife" app to the Widget.
Note: For widget functionality, the smart device needs to have remote access enabled; otherwise, the widget cannot control the smart device. Up to 12 widgets can be set up.
Siri Shortcuts (iOS)
Note:
- Siri can only control scenes.
- iOS 12.0 and above systems have their own shortcut function.
- Ensure your device is "Cloud Online".
Navigate to "Profile" > Tap "Siri Shortcuts" > Add the scene to here.
To use: Ask Siri to "Turn on the {Scene Name}".
Third-Party Platforms
You can choose a third-party voice service platform (e.g., Alexa, Google Home, Tmall Elf) and connect the devices according to their instructions. After successful connection, you can enable voice control.
Attentions
- Please use the product in a dry environment.
- For input voltage, use the DC voltage within the specified range as instructed in the manual. Do not connect directly to 220V AC.
- The product requires a common anode connection. Incorrect connection may cause a malfunction.
