Basic Operation

Power On/Off

Note: If the device is powered on and remains unconnected for 30 minutes, it will automatically power off.

Battery Level Indicators

Battery level is indicated in four stages: 100% → 80% → 50% → 30%. When the battery is low, it will announce the battery level every 15 seconds. After three consecutive announcements or two repeated announcements, the device will automatically power off.

Charging

Factory Reset

If the software malfunctions and buttons become unresponsive, insert a thin, pointed object (non-metallic, such as a toothpick) into the AUX input port once to restore factory settings.

Diagram Description: A diagram shows the AUX input port with a label indicating "AUX input terminal / Reset button (press once with a thin, pointed object)".

Bluetooth Pairing

Pairing with Smartphone

On your smartphone's Bluetooth settings, select "BassBucket" to initiate pairing.

Bluetooth Pairing Process

Notes:

Sound Effect Switching

Sound effects are available in two modes: Standard and Outdoor. The default mode is Standard. Quickly double-press the previous track button to switch between Standard and Outdoor modes.

Note: Standard mode enhances bass, while Outdoor mode enhances mid-high frequencies.

Phone Control (Call Handling)

Using the Power button:

2-Smartphone Simultaneous Connection

Follow these steps to connect two smartphones:

  1. After powering on, pair with Smartphone A following the standard Bluetooth pairing procedure. The blue LED will blink slowly.
  2. Press the Power button twice to disconnect from Smartphone A and enter pairing mode. The blue LED will blink rapidly.
  3. On Smartphone B's connection screen, select "BassBucket" to pair. The blue LED will blink slowly.
  4. On Smartphone A's connection screen, select "BassBucket" to reconnect. The blue LED will blink slowly.

Note: If both smartphones play music simultaneously, the smartphone that was connected first will have playback priority. If music playback on one smartphone is paused, it will automatically switch to the other smartphone.

Volume Adjustment

LED Mode Switching

AUX Input Mode

Connect the AUX cable to your device and the BassBucket. The product will function as an audio output device, and the LED lamp will light up green.

When connected via AUX cable, powering on the device enters AUX input mode. Removing the AUX cable switches the device back to Bluetooth connection mode.

Music Sharing Mode

Note: Multiple BassBucket units can be connected simultaneously via Bluetooth.

In music sharing mode, connect your smartphone to the master BassBucket unit. Other BassBucket units can be connected as slave units. Slave units must disconnect from their own smartphones to participate. Slave units connected to smartphones will not enter music sharing mode.

If a slave unit fails to connect to the master unit within 60 seconds, it will automatically exit music sharing mode and enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The master unit does not have an automatic exit function; manual exit is required.

Master and Slave Pairing

Step 1: Press the LED light twice.

Step 2: When pairing is complete, the blue LED blinks slowly.

With music sharing mode, additional slave units can be connected by following the same steps. Up to two or more BassBucket units can be connected simultaneously, allowing for high-volume music enjoyment.

Note: If the power is turned off in music sharing mode, upon restart, the master and slave units will automatically reconnect and enter music sharing mode. If you need to return to Bluetooth pairing mode, you must press the LED button twice.

Description of Functions in Music Sharing Mode

Shared Connection Recovery

If the master and slave units move out of the connection range during music sharing, the connection will be interrupted. They will automatically reconnect when they return within the connection range.

Ending Music Sharing Mode

Software Update

Updates can be performed by connecting the USB TYPE-C charging cable to the USB TYPE-C port. Over-The-Air (OTA) updates are also supported.
