Safety Tips for Charging:
- Before first use, charge for at least 4-5 hours in a proper temperature and environment.
- To extend battery life, charge it every month or two days after riding.
- The battery can be damaged by infrequent charging, leading to over-discharge.
- Use only the battery, charger, and cable provided by the original manufacturer to avoid dangers from overcharging.
- Ensure correct connection of the charger and cable in a well-ventilated environment.
- Use under dry conditions. Do not let the charger or cable contact water, as it may cause electric shock. Do not touch with wet hands.
- If any failure occurs during charging, unplug immediately.
- Always unplug from the plug end, not the cable.
- Keep the charger and cable away from sharp or hot articles.
- Regularly check the charger and its cable.
- If the charger or cable is obviously damaged, do not use it and contact for exchange.
- Do not attempt to repair the battery, charger, or cable personally.
- If you have any questions during charging, feel free to contact us.
8. Beginners
When learning to ride, please wear helmets ⛑️ and protective gear. Power on the scooter, check the indicator lamp power level, and charge if the battery level is low.
9. Avoid Potential Safety Hazards
- Riding Conditions: ⚠️ Do not recommend using when raining or freezing.
- Speed & Obstacles: DO NOT ride over speed bumps, thresholds, or other bumps at HIGH SPEED.
- Awareness: Watch your head when passing through doorways. Watch your speed when traveling downhill.
Starting and Riding:
- After turning on and unlocking, stand on the footrest with one foot and push off with the other to start gliding.
- Place your other foot on the footrest for stability. Press the throttle on the right hand to speed up when balanced. Note: The motor will not engage until the scooter reaches 5km/h for safety.
- Braking: Slow down by releasing the throttle. Hold the brake lever to brake. The rear fender is not a mechanical brake; do not stamp it with your foot while riding.
- Turning: Shift your body weight and turn the handle slightly.
10. Please Do Not Do
- DO NOT press the throttle when walking with the scooter.
- Avoid contacting obstacles with the tire/wheel.
- DO NOT carry heavy objects on the handlebar.
- DO NOT ride the scooter with only one foot.
- DO NOT ride on public roads, motorways, or highways.
- DO NOT rotate the handle violently while driving at high speed.
- DO NOT ride the scooter in the rain or on the road with water in excess of 2cm depth.
- The scooter is for one rider only. Do not ride double or carry any passengers. Do not carry a child.
11. Safety Instructions
Please understand that following these instructions and warnings can reduce risks, but cannot eliminate them entirely. Riding involves risks of injury from loss of control, collisions, and falls.
The electric scooter is a convenient tool for short-distance travel. When entering public spaces, always comply with local laws and regulations. Consult relevant local departments for specific laws.
Riding Precautions:
- Always wear helmets ⛑️, gloves, elbow pads, knee pads, and other safety protective equipment.
- Check power sufficiency and listen for abnormal noise or looseness before riding.
- Gently press the brake handle before riding to confirm its function is normal.
- Riding on slippery roads (icy, snowy) is forbidden.
- Do not ride on slopes exceeding 15°.
- Riding on rainy days is forbidden.
- Not recommended for children under 15 years of age.
- Avoid sudden acceleration and deceleration. Do not lean too far forward or backward. Prohibit speeding. If power is insufficient, ride at a low speed and charge as soon as possible.
- Prioritize personal safety and always adhere to the principle of "people are first".
- Do not put hands in pockets while riding to prevent unexpected situations.
- Do not leave the scooter in a car trunk for extended periods in high temperatures.
- Always comply with local laws and regulations and maintain a safe distance from others.
- Ride in a controlled condition at a safe speed for yourself and others.
- Do not frighten people in public spaces, especially children; warn them and reduce speed when passing behind them.
- Keep an appropriate safety distance from other riders; avoid danger and obstacles. Do not ride side-by-side unless there is enough space to pass.
- Do not ride in dark places; reduce speed and stay alert if necessary.
- Reverse riding is dangerous; try to avoid it.
Active Safety Protection Measures:
Please read and understand these contents carefully.
- Do not let others use your scooter unless they have read this manual.
- Take good safety protection measures during driving, including wearing an approved helmet, gloves, eye protection, elbow pads, and knee pads.
- Do not ride if you are unwell or cannot follow instructions, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Get off the scooter and charge it in time when the power is low, the alarm is active, or the speed is limited.
- Do not lift the scooter by the tire to avoid getting fingers stuck.
- Check the scooter each time before riding. Do not ride if looseness or damage is found until troubleshooting.
Please speed up slowly. Sudden acceleration can easily cause loss of balance and injury. This is a dangerous habit responsible for most accidental falls. Ride carefully at all times. The company is not responsible for personal injuries caused by failure to follow instructions.
When charging, use an official charger in a safe, open, and ventilated location. Do not charge in enclosed environments like humid rooms or bedrooms with flammable materials.
12. Daily Maintenance
Cleaning: If the scooter surface is stained, use a soft cloth with a little water to wipe it. For stubborn stains, use toothpaste and a toothbrush, then clean with a wet cloth. Do not use alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or other corrosive solvents, as they can damage the appearance and internal structure. Do not spray with a water torch. Ensure the scooter is off, the charging cable is unplugged, and the charging port rubber plug is tightened to prevent electric shock or water ingress.
Storage: Place the scooter in a dry and cool place indoors. Avoid long-term outdoor storage, as exposure to sun/extreme temperatures can accelerate aging and reduce battery life.
Maintenance of Scooter Battery Pack:
- Do not expose the battery pack to temperatures above 50°C or below -20°C.
- Do not put the battery pack into fire, as it may cause failure, overheating, or fire.
- Avoid completely exhausting the battery before recharging. Try to use it as much as possible to extend battery life. Battery performance is reduced in environments below 0°C; cruising range may be halved at -20°C. Range will restore when temperature rises.
- If the scooter is not used for a long time, charge the battery every 0.5 to 1 month.
- Note: If the battery emits a strong smell or becomes hot, stop using the product immediately. Non-professionals must not disassemble the battery pack, as it may cause serious safety accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
