- Be certain the high chair is fully erect and latched in the open position before allowing the child near the high chair.
- Use of the high chair with a child weighing more than 40 pounds (18.14 kg) will cause excessive wear and stress on the high chair.
- The maximum weight that can be carried in the basket is 5 pounds (2.26 kg). Excessive weight may cause a hazardous unstable condition to exist.

-
Step 5: Attach Right Side Upper Frame Assembly
Insert the front tube of the right side Upper Frame Assembly into the Height Bracket (as shown in Figure 5). The front tube is distinguished from the rear tube by the array of holes located on its backside. Figure 5 shows the front tube of the Upper Frame Assembly being inserted into the Height Bracket.
-
Step 6: Secure Right Side Upper Frame Assembly
Squeeze the Red Release Handle and push the tube through the Height Bracket until it locks on the highest position (as shown in Figure 6). Figure 6 illustrates securing the Upper Frame Assembly.

-
Step 11: Attach Crotch Retainer to Tray
Flip over the Tray to attach the Crotch Retainer. The molded plastic housing must be oriented with the slot facing the front of the Tray. Insert the 4 (3.5mm X 10) Screws and tighten, but do not over-tighten (as shown in Figure 11). Figure 11 illustrates attaching the Crotch Retainer.
-
Step 12: Attach Seat Pad to Seat Back
Loop the flap on the back of the Seat Pad over the top of the Seat Back. Connect the Seat Pad to the Seat Back with the two Elastic Loops. These loops fit over the Attachment Tabs located near the top harness slots (as shown in Figure 12). Figure 12 shows how to connect the Seat Pad to the Seat Back.
-
Step 13: Attach Seat Pad to Seat Base
Attach the bottom of the Seat Pad to the Seat Base with the two Elastic loops located at the rear of the bottom of the Seat Pad. These loops fit over the Attachment Tabs located on the Seat Base near where the Seat Back and Seat Base Join (as shown in Figure 13). Then, set the Seat Insert onto the Seat Pad. Figure 13 illustrates attaching the Seat Pad to the Seat Base and placing the Seat Insert.

Step 14: Thread Harness Straps
Thread the non-buckle end of the Harness Straps (Harness Attachment Tabs) through the provided slots in the Seat Fabric, Seat Insert, Seat Back, and Seat Base (as shown in Figure 14). Once the tabs are through the slots, rotate them 90 degrees to ensure the straps are firmly in place. Figure 14 shows the process of threading the harness straps.
Operation
Opening the High Chair
Pull the legs apart until fully open and locked (as shown in Figure 15). Push downward on the fold levers (left and right) to ensure the frame is locked open. Figure 15 illustrates opening the high chair.
Always check that the high chair is locked in the open position before using.
The tray is not designed to hold the child in the chair. The child must be secured by the safety harness at all times while in the high chair.
Using the Safety Belt
Place your child's arms through the loops formed by the shoulder and waist straps. Place the crotch strap between your child's legs. Insert the Harness Buckles into the Center Clasp with the Red Button. Adjust shoulder and waist straps for your child's comfort and safety by sliding buckles. Safety straps should fit snugly around your child (as shown in Figure 18). Figure 18 shows adjusting the straps for a snug fit.
Releasing the Safety Belt
Push the Red Button on the Center Clasp; the two Harness Buckles will pop free (as shown in Figure 19). Figure 19 illustrates releasing the safety belt.
Adjusting Seat Height
Squeeze both the left and right levers of the Height Adjustment Bracket and adjust to the ideal position (as shown in Figure 20). Figure 20 shows the 6-position height adjustment.
Always check that the height adjustment bracket is level and both left and right sides are locked before placing the child in the high chair.
Folding the High Chair
Place the Seat Back in the most upright position (as shown in Figure 21). Squeeze the tray release handle and slide the tray out (as shown in Figure 23a). Hang the tray on the hooks located on the back of the rear leg (as shown in Figure 22b). Pull upward on the release levers (located on the sides of the frame) and push the rear legs in the direction of the front legs until folded (as shown in Figure 23). The chair is now ready to put away. Figure 23 illustrates folding the high chair.
DO NOT allow your child to play around a folded high chair as it may fall.
Unfolding the High Chair
Push the legs apart until fully open and locked. Push downward on the fold levers (left and right) to ensure the frame is locked (as shown in Figure 24). Figure 24 illustrates unfolding the high chair.
Attaching and Operating the Tray
To attach the Tray, line up the grooves on the bottom of the tray with the armrests of the high chair. Squeeze the Tray's release handle and slide the tray onto the armrests (as shown in Figure 16a). The Tray has a 3-position adjustment. To adjust the position, squeeze the Tray's release handle located underneath the tray and reposition the tray to the desired position (as shown in Figure 16b). Release the Tray's handle and check that the Tray is securely locked in its new position. Figure 16a and 16b show tray attachment and adjustment.
To attach the Insert Tray: The dishwasher-safe food Tray Insert snaps onto the High Chair Tray and is held in place by tabs on the sides of the Tray. Ensure it snaps into place to prevent the child from removing it. To remove, unsnap the tabs from the tray.
Reclining the Seat
Squeeze the recline lever on the back of the seat and adjust to the preferred recline or upright position (as shown in Figure 17). Be careful not to pinch the child's arms, hands, or legs when adjusting the seat back position. Figure 17 shows how to recline the seat.
