Important Notes
- Register your product on www.tranya.com to get an EXTRA three-month warranty for free.
- Before using the T20 wireless earbuds, please charge both the case and earbuds.
- We provide six pairs of rubber eartips (including the set installed on the earbuds), please choose the best fit for you.
- If both earbuds don't sync together, please reset the earbuds.
- If the earbuds don't charge, please clean the charging slot on the case and the contact surface on the earbuds.
Touch Control
- Play / Pause: Press and hold for 1 second (L/R)
- Next/Previous track: Tap three times (R/L)
- Volume up/down: Tap twice (R/L)
- Activate Siri/other voice control software: Tap 4 times (L/R) ?️
- Reject/End a call: Press and hold for 1 second (R/L)
- Answer a call: Tap once (L/R) ?
Power On
Automatically: When earbuds are removed from the charging case.
Manually: Long press and hold for 4 seconds (L/R) ⏱️
Power Off
Automatically: When earbuds are placed in the charging case.
Manually: Long press and hold for 4 seconds (L/R) ⏱️
Note: When the charging case is at low battery or out of power, the earbuds will not automatically power on/off; please turn them on/off manually.
Wearing
- Step 1: Put the earbuds into your ears.
- Step 2: Rotate the earbuds to fit snugly in the auricle.
Connect the Earbuds
- Step 1: Power on the earbuds and turn on the Bluetooth ? in your phone.
- Step 2: Select "Tranya T20" and confirm.
Charging
1. Charging the Earbuds
Place the earbuds into the magnetic charging case.
2. Charging the Case
Connect the Type-C charging cable to the case.
LED Indicator:
- ? 0-20%
- ? 20%-70%
- ? 70%-100%
Note: The light will be off when the case is fully charged.
How to Reset the Earbuds
If your earbuds stop syncing with each other, please follow the below steps to reset the earbuds:
- Pick up both earbuds and turn them off.
- Press and hold BOTH earbuds up to 6-8 seconds ⏱️ until the red lights blink (???).
- The earbuds will sync together and enter the pairing mode automatically.
Switch Sound Effects
Two different sound effects are available on the T20: Normal Mode and Bass Boosted Mode.
- Normal Mode: For those who prefer a sound with bright vocal and crisp treble.
- Bass Boosted Mode: For those who prefer a warm, heavy bass.
How to Switch:
- Game Mode: Tap 5 times (R). (Automatically returns to normal mode after power off).
- Normal Mode/Bass Boosted Mode: Press 5 times (L).
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Why does signal interruption occur in some places, such as along the railway and the airport?
A: There are usually lots of underground cable lines along the places mentioned above, which might cause electromagnetic interference and result in the signal interruption.
Q: My earbuds don't charge, what can I do?
A: Please try to follow the below steps:
- Clean the charging slot on the charging case.
- Clean the charging connector on earbuds.
Q: Why my earbuds don't power on/off automatically?
A: The earbuds would not power off automatically when the case is at low battery or out of power. Please recharge the case. And you can long press for four seconds to power on and long press for four seconds to power off the earbuds.
Q: Will the Bluetooth mouse cause the signal interference?
A: Perhaps. When your Bluetooth mouse and earbuds are connected to the same device, it might happen.
