Important Notes

1. Register your product on www.tranya.com to get an EXTRA three-month warranty for free.
2. Before using the T20 wireless earbuds, please charge both the case and earbuds.
3. We provide six pairs of rubber eartips (including the set installed on the earbuds), please choose the best fit for you.
4. If both earbuds don't sync together, please reset the earbuds.
5. If the earbuds don't charge, please clean the charging slot on the case and the contact surface on the earbuds.

Touch Control

The earbuds feature touch controls for various functions:

• Play / Pause: Tap once (L/R)
• Next/Previous track: Tap twice (R/L)
• Volume up/down: Tap three times (R/L)
• Activate Siri/other voice control software: Tap 4 times (L/R)
• Answer a call: Tap once (L/R)
• Reject/End a call: Press and hold for 1 second (R/L)
• Game Mode: Press and hold for 1 second (L/R) (Automatically returns to normal mode after power off)
• Normal Mode/Bass Boosted Mode: Tap 5 times (R) / Press 5 times (L)

Switch Sound Effects

The T20 offers two sound effects: Normal Mode and Bass Boosted Mode.

• Normal Mode: Ideal for those who prefer clear vocals and crisp treble.
• Bass Boosted Mode: For users who enjoy a warm, heavy bass sound.

Power On

• Automatically: The earbuds power on when removed from the charging case.
• Manually: Long press and hold for 4 seconds.

Power Off

• Automatically: Place earbuds back into the charging case.
• Manually: Long press and hold for 4 seconds.

Note: When the charging case is at low battery or out of power, the earbuds will not automatically power on/off. Please turn them on/off manually.

Wearing

1. Step 1: Put the earbuds into your ears.
2. Step 2: Rotate the earbuds to fit snugly in your auricle.

Connect the Earbuds

1. Step 1: Power on the earbuds and turn on Bluetooth in your phone.
2. Step 2: Select "Tranya T20" from the list of available Bluetooth devices and confirm the connection.

Charging

Charging the Earbuds

Place the earbuds into the charging case. The indicator lights on the earbuds will show the charging status:

• 0-20%: Red light
• 20%-70%: Yellow light
• 70%-100%: Green light

The light will turn off when fully charged.

Charging the Case

Connect the Type-C charging cable to the charging case and a power source. The indicator light on the case will show the charging status. The light will be off when the case is fully charged.

How to Reset the Earbuds

If your earbuds stop syncing with each other, follow these steps to reset them:

1. Pick up both earbuds and turn them off.
2. Press and hold BOTH earbuds for 6-8 seconds until the red lights blink.
3. The earbuds will sync together and automatically enter pairing mode.

FAQ

Q: Why does signal interruption occur in some places, such as along the railway and the airport?

A: Areas with many underground cable lines, like railways and airports, can cause electromagnetic interference, potentially leading to signal interruption.

Q: My earbuds don't charge, what can I do?

A: Please try the following steps:

1. Clean the charging slot on the charging case.
2. Clean the charging connector on the earbuds.

Q: Why my earbuds don't power on/off automatically?

A: The earbuds may not power off automatically if the charging case has low battery or is out of power. Please recharge the case. You can also manually power the earbuds on or off by long-pressing them for four seconds.

Q: Will the Bluetooth mouse cause signal interference?

A: It is possible. If your Bluetooth mouse and earbuds are connected to the same device, interference may occur.
