Important Notes
- Register on tranya.jp for an additional 3-month warranty.
- Fully charge the charging case and earbuds before first use.
- Use the ear tip size that best fits your ear. The M size is pre-installed.
- If both earbuds do not sync, reset the earbuds.
- If earbuds are not charging, clean the charging contacts in the case and on the earbuds.
- If the volume decreases without control, remove the mesh from the earbuds using tweezers.

Sound Modes:
The T30 offers two sound modes: Normal Mode for clear, balanced sound with crisp highs, and Bass Boosted Mode for powerful bass.
Wearing Method
Step 1: Place the left and right earbuds into the corresponding ears.
Step 2: Gently tilt and insert the earbud into the ear canal, then slightly rotate it to ensure a snug fit.
Power On/Off
Automatic: Earbuds automatically power on when removed from the charging case.
Manual: Press and hold earbuds for 4 seconds to turn on.
Automatic: Earbuds automatically power off when placed back into the charging case.
Manual: Press and hold earbuds for 4 seconds to turn off.
Note: If the charging case has low battery or is powered off, the earbuds will not automatically turn on/off. Manual operation is required.
Charging
Earbud Charging: Place earbuds in the charging case.
Charging Case: Connect the Type-C cable to charge the case.
Charging Indicators:
- 1-20%: Red light
- 21%-70%: Yellow light
- 71%-100%: Green light
The light turns off when the case is fully charged.
Connecting Earbuds
Step 1: Turn on the earbuds and enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
Step 2: Select "Tranya T30" from the list of available devices.
The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode after being turned on together.
How to Reset Earbuds
If earbud functions are experiencing errors, follow these steps to reset to factory settings:
- Remove both earbuds from the case and turn them off.
- With earbuds off, place your finger on the touch area for up to 8 seconds until the red LED starts flashing.
The earbuds will sync and automatically enter pairing mode when powered on again.

Q: Why does the connection sometimes drop in places like train stations or airports?
A: This is usually due to crowded radio frequency bands used by wireless communication (Bluetooth) and the nature of Bluetooth protocols. While the earbuds' reception sensitivity and the output from the transmitting device (like a smartphone) can often compensate, in areas with strict communication conditions, like train platforms, this can occur.
Q: My earbuds are not charging. What should I do?
A: Follow these steps:
- Clean the charging slots of the charging case.
- Clean the charging connectors on the earbuds.
Q: Why don't the earbuds automatically turn on/off?
A: If the charging case has low battery or is powered off, the earbuds will not turn off automatically. Please charge the charging case. You can also manually turn the earbuds on/off by touching them for 4 seconds.
