Important Notes
- Register your product on tranya.com to receive an additional three-month warranty.
- Ensure both the charging case and earbuds are fully charged before initial use.
- The package includes six pairs of eartips. Translucent eartips are softer and recommended for deep bass mode, while black eartips are suitable for normal mode. Select the most comfortable fit.
- If the earbuds fail to sync with each other, please follow the reset instructions.
- If the earbuds are not charging, clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the charging case.
- If the sound volume is low and uncontrollable, carefully remove the protective net located inside the earbuds using tweezers.

Switch Sound Effects
The Tranya T40 offers two distinct sound profiles:
- Normal Mode: Optimized for clear vocals and crisp treble.
- Bass Boosted Mode: Designed for users who prefer a warmer sound with enhanced bass.
Power On
Earbuds power on automatically when removed from the charging case. For manual power on, long press both earbuds for approximately 4 seconds.
Power Off
Earbuds power off automatically when placed back into the charging case. For manual power off, long press both earbuds for approximately 4 seconds.
Note: If the charging case has low battery or is out of power, the earbuds will not automatically power on/off. Manual operation is required in such cases.
Wearing
- Insert the earbuds into your ears.
- Rotate the earbuds until the ear hook securely fits behind your ear.
Connect the Earbuds
- Power on the earbuds and enable Bluetooth on your mobile device.
- Select "Tranya T40" from the list of available Bluetooth devices and confirm the connection.
Charging
Charging the Earbuds
Place the earbuds into the magnetic charging case. The earbuds will begin charging automatically.
Charging the Case
Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging case and a power source.
Battery Level Indicators:
- Less than 25%: [Low Battery Indicator]
- 25% - 50%: [Medium-Low Battery Indicator]
- 50% - 75%: [Medium-High Battery Indicator]
- 100%: [Full Battery Indicator]
How to Reset the Earbuds
If your earbuds are not syncing correctly, follow these steps to reset them:
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case and ensure they are powered off.
- Press and hold both earbuds simultaneously for 6-8 seconds until the indicator lights flash red.
- The earbuds will then sync with each other and automatically enter pairing mode.

Q: Why does signal interruption occur in some places, such as along the railway and the airport?
A: Areas with extensive underground cable lines may generate electromagnetic interference, which can lead to signal interruptions.
Q: My earbuds don't charge, what can I do?
A: Please try the following steps:
- Clean the charging slot on the charging case.
- Clean the charging connector on the earbuds.
Q: Why my earbuds don't power on/off automatically?
A: The earbuds will not power off automatically if the charging case's battery is low or depleted. Please recharge the case. You can manually power the earbuds on or off by long-pressing them for four seconds.
Q: Will a Bluetooth mouse cause signal interference?
A: It is possible. If your Bluetooth mouse and earbuds are connected to the same device simultaneously, interference may occur.
