Before You Start
Tools Required:
Phillips head screwdriver [screwdriver-cross], Flat head screwdriver [screwdriver-flat], Allen key [allen-key] (often included).

Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach the upright side frames to the base frame. Insert two dowels (part 100391) into the base frame. Then, insert two bolts (part 100505) through the holes in the base frame and into the upright side frames. Do not fully tighten yet. Ensure correct orientation; a different bolt (part 100159) is shown as not to be used here [cross-mark symbol].
Step 2
Attach the seat support rails. Insert the two dowels (part 100391) into the pre-drilled holes on the base frame. Slide the seat support rails onto these dowels, aligning them with the uprights. The diagram indicates dowel hole sizes: Ø 10mm (3/8") and Ø 8mm (5/16").
Step 3
Secure the upright side frames to the seat support rails. Use the Allen key (part 111631) to tighten two bolts (part 115983) that connect the uprights to the seat support rails. Ensure the bolts are inserted through the designated holes.
Step 4
Attach the seat base. Place the seat base onto the assembled frame. Insert two bolts (part 100505) through the holes in the seat base and into the frame. Use the Allen key (part 100159) to tighten these bolts.
Step 5
Attach the backrest supports. Slide the backrest support pieces downwards into the designated slots on the seat base assembly.
Step 6
Secure the backrest supports. Use the Allen key (part 111631) to tighten two bolts (part 115983) that attach the backrest supports to the seat base assembly.
Step 7
Prepare the seat cushion. Insert one clip (part 139434) into the designated slot on the underside of the seat cushion. A "Click!" sound indicates secure attachment.
Step 8
Attach the seat cushion. Place the seat cushion onto the chair frame. Secure it from underneath using four clips (part 10032286) by pushing them into the corresponding slots on the underside of the seat base. A "CLICK!" sound indicates secure attachment.
Step 9
Place the seat cushion onto the chair frame.
Step 10
Final tightening of the seat cushion. From underneath the seat, use the Allen key (part 100159) to tighten the final securing bolt for the seat cushion. A "CLICK!" sound indicates secure attachment.
