EKET Cabinet Assembly Instructions

Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip over. To prevent tip over, this furniture must be used with the wall attachment device(s) provided.
Screws and wall plugs for the wall are not included. Use screws and plugs suitable for your walls. If you are uncertain, seek professional advice. Read and follow each step of the instructions carefully.
Parts and Tools
Before beginning assembly, verify that all parts are present and gather the necessary tools. Typically required tools include:

- Drill with an 8 mm (5/16") drill bit
The package contains various cabinet panels, drawer components, drawer slides, and hardware such as screws, dowels, and connectors. Specific part identifiers are referenced in the assembly diagrams.
Assembly Steps
Step 1: Attach Drawer Slides to Cabinet Panels
Identify the side panels of the cabinet. Attach the drawer slides to these panels using the provided screws. Ensure the slides are oriented correctly as shown in the diagrams, paying attention to the part numbers and their intended positions.
Refer to diagrams for specific slide placement and screw types (e.g., 10095905, 10095906, 120162, 120161).
Step 2: Assemble the Cabinet Frame
Connect the cabinet panels (sides, top, bottom, back) using the provided connectors, dowels, and screws. Ensure correct panel orientation and secure connections. The back panel may be secured with tape or small fasteners.

Step 3: Assemble the Drawers
Assemble the drawer boxes by connecting the drawer front, back, and side panels. Slide the drawer bottom into the grooves and secure the assembly. Repeat this process for all drawers.

Step 4: Insert Drawers into Cabinet
Carefully align the drawer slides on the assembled drawers with the corresponding slides inside the cabinet. Push the drawers in until they securely click into place, ensuring smooth operation.
Some drawer slides may require minor adjustments using a screw to fine-tune their fit or movement.

Step 5: Secure Cabinet to Wall
As a critical safety measure, secure the assembled cabinet to the wall using the provided wall attachment hardware. Follow the instructions diligently to ensure the furniture is stable and cannot tip over.
Remember that wall screws and plugs are not included and must be selected based on your wall type.
