Organizer

1. SIA "Samsung Electronics Baltics", company number: 40003963909, address: Duntes g. 6, Riga, LV-1013, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

Promotion Duration and Territory

1. The Promotion is valid from July 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period").
2. The Promotion territory is the Republic of Lithuania.
3. Promotional products can be purchased at the Organizer's online store at: https://www.samsung.com/lt/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").

Participants

1. The Promotion is intended for individuals only.
2. Participants under 18 years of age can participate in the Promotion and receive prizes only with the consent of their parent or guardian.

General Promotion Conditions

1. Promotional products are Samsung television and sound system models listed in Annex 1 of these Terms and available for purchase in the Store (hereinafter referred to as "Promotional Products").
2. The Promotion offer is valid only for Promotional Products distributed by the Organizer and sold in the Store. The Promotion does not apply to Samsung products distributed by third parties. The buyer must ensure that the selected products are available in the Store at the time of purchase and are subject to the Promotion conditions.
3. To participate in the Promotion, the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") must trade in their old television or sound system and provide the serial and model number by registering for the Promotion at https://www.samsung.com/lt/ce-trade-up/
4. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant can trade in a plasma, LCD, OLED, QLED, or equivalent television model, as well as home audio equipment, soundbars, home theater systems, and acoustic sound systems, regardless of their year of manufacture, brand, condition, or similar factors. CRT televisions and digital light processing (DLP) devices, such as projectors, cannot be traded in under this Promotion.
5. If the Participant registers for the Promotion and agrees to recycle their old television or sound system according to these Terms, the Participant is entitled to receive a discount coupon of up to 500 EUR (five hundred euros) for the purchase of a Promotional Product (hereinafter referred to as the "Discount").
6. The Discount can only be applied when purchasing Promotional Products in the Store.
7. The amount of the Discount is determined based on the selected Promotional Product, as specified in Annex 1 of these Terms.
8. The Discount code will be sent to the Participant via online chat on the website indicated in point 9 of these Terms, or to the email address provided during registration. The Discount is valid only during the Promotion Period and expires after the Promotion ends. After the Promotion ends, the Participant will no longer be entitled to use it.
9. The Discount is non-transferable to third parties and is intended for the personal use of the registered Participant only. It cannot be transferred, sold, or used by a third party.

Product Exchange and Transportation Rules

1. The Participant must securely package their old television or sound system to prevent parts or components from detaching during transport and causing damage to third-party property. The Participant must ensure adequate protection of the old device to minimize any risk during transport.
2. The transport of the Participant's old television and the delivery of the Promotional Product will be carried out by SIA "Samsung Electronics Baltics", company number: 40003963909, address: Duntes g. 6, Riga, LV-1013, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as the "Partner").
3. The Partner will arrange for the transport of the old television and the delivery of the Promotional Product either simultaneously or separately.
4. At the Partner's request, Participants must assist the Partner's courier in safely loading the securely packaged old television or sound system onto the delivery vehicle. The Participant must cooperate with the Partner's courier to facilitate the loading process.
5. The Organizer will cover the costs of transporting the old television and delivering the Promotional Product.

Other Conditions

1. The benefits provided under this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other Organizer campaigns and promotions, unless explicitly stated in the applicable terms.
2. This Promotion is not considered a barter offer provided by the Organizer. The value of the old television will not be individually assessed, and Participants will only receive the Discount specified in Annex 1 of these Terms.
3. The Promotion is intended only for participants purchasing online and is not related to products purchased for resale.
4. The purchase of Promotional Products is subject to the general terms and conditions of sale of the Store, unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms.
5. If the Participant decides to return the Promotional Product to the Store and terminate the purchase agreement according to the applicable rules, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that they will not be entitled to retrieve their old television, as it will have already been recycled according to these Terms. If the Participant exercises the right to withdraw from the contract, the Organizer will refund only the actual purchase price of the Promotional Product, excluding the amount of the Discount.
6. Participants are not entitled to use the Promotion if it is determined that they have violated the Terms or acted unfairly or abused this or other promotions organized by the Organizer.
7. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the changes are justified and comply with applicable legal acts.
8. The Organizer is not responsible for the suspension of the Promotion due to force majeure circumstances, international or national sanctions, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.
9. The Participant agrees that the Organizer is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages related to the Promotion, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
10. The laws of the Republic of Latvia apply to the execution of the Promotion. Any disputes related to the Promotion will be settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
11. The choice of applicable law and jurisdiction does not deprive the Participant of the protection provided by the rules from which they cannot deviate by agreement according to Regulation 593/2008 and Regulation 1215/2012.
