Samsung Tokić Loyalty Card Promotion Rules

Promotion Rules for Tokić Loyalty Card Members
Organizer: Samsung Electronics Austria GmbH, Praterstrasse 31/14 Obergeschoss, Vienna, Austria (hereinafter referred to as "Samsung") is organizing a promotion in the Samsung online store in Croatia (https://www.samsung.com/hr/offer/tokic/) for customers who are Tokić loyalty card members. To participate, customers must register for this promotion. The promotional period runs from July 1, 2025, to July 31, 2025, or until stocks last. During this period, customers can purchase eligible Samsung devices (hereinafter referred to as "Devices") from the Samsung online store in Croatia (https://www.samsung.com/hr/offer/tokic/).

By entering the promo code, the lowest price of the Device in the last 30 days from Table 1 will be automatically reduced by the percentage indicated in Table 1, depending on the selected product.
Participants and Promotional Period
The promotion is available in the Samsung online store (https://www.samsung.com/hr/offer/tokic/) for private customers (end-users) who are Tokić loyalty card members and who have registered for this promotion. Participants must have a delivery address within the Republic of Croatia and meet the conditions stipulated in these Rules, as well as the purchase conditions outlined in the General Terms and Conditions published on the Samsung online store website in Croatia (www.samsung.com/hr/).
The promotion runs from July 1, 2025, to July 31, 2025 (the "Promotional Period"). The promotion will end earlier if the stock of devices listed in Section 1 of these Rules is depleted. Samsung will notify customers of any early termination of the promotion without delay, in the same manner as these Rules were provided.
Promotion Benefits
These Rules govern the terms of this promotion.
Customers who are Tokić loyalty card members can access the promotion registration at https://samsungmobile.hr/tokic. Registration for participation in this promotion requires providing an email address.
Upon providing an email address, participants will receive an email with a promo code. This code can be used when purchasing Devices listed in the table below during the Promotional Period at the Samsung online store in Croatia (https://www.samsung.com/hr/offer/tokic/). The promo code provides participants with a discount based on the lowest price of the Device in the last 30 days, as per the table below, depending on the selected Device.
Participants must add one of the Devices from the table below to their shopping cart and enter the provided promo code within the Promotional Period (July 1, 2025, to July 31, 2025, or while stocks last).
Additional Conditions for Participation and Benefit Realization
To be eligible for this promotion, customers must meet the following conditions:
- Be a Tokić loyalty card member.
- Register for the promotion via the link provided in the Tokić mobile application (https://samsungmobile.hr/tokic) by providing their email address.
- Receive the promo code via email to the registered address.
- Use the provided promo code in the Samsung online store in Croatia (https://www.samsung.com/hr/offer/tokic/) during the Promotional Period for a purchase that includes one of the products listed in Table 1.
- Be an end-user of the Device, aged 18 or older (end-users are individuals with a delivery address in the Republic of Croatia who purchased the Device for their own use, not for resale or distribution).
NOTE: For all circumstances of device purchase not explicitly covered by these Rules, the General Terms and Conditions published on the Samsung online store website in Croatia (www.samsung.com/hr/) apply. The processing of personal data collected for the purpose of purchase is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Samsung online store website in Croatia (www.samsung.com/hr/).
Promo Code Application
The promo code can only be used in the Samsung online store in Croatia (https://www.samsung.com/hr/offer/tokic/) during the period from July 1, 2025, to July 31, 2025, or while stocks last.
The promo code can be applied to only one shopping cart during the Promotional Period, and only if the cart contains one of the Devices listed in Table 1. The participant must enter the received promo code into the shopping cart.
The promo code cannot be used more than once. The promo code cannot be combined with other promotions or other promo codes.
Due to the specific functionality of the www.samsung.com/hr and https://www.samsung.com/hr/offer/tokic website, gifts and free devices may be displayed in the cart during purchase, but these are not included in this promotion, and participants do not have the right to them.
Delivery of Purchased Devices and Personal Data Processing
The delivery of all purchased devices is subject to the General Terms and Conditions published on the Samsung online store website in Croatia (www.samsung.com/hr/). Personal data processing is also subject to the Privacy Policy, available at www.samsung.com/hr/.
Right to Amend Promotion Rules
Samsung reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time for justified reasons, with the obligation to notify customers of any changes without delay.
