Samsung Galaxy Z Series Premium Service is a service available to you who have purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z mobile. In this document, you will find information about the different services and the terms that apply.
Fast track support
Through this 'Fast track' service, we offer a dedicated queue when you call or chat with us, where agents will prioritize calls and chats from customers who are qualified for Premium Service. This service is available to all consumers who have a Samsung phone of any flip or fold model, regardless of whether the phone is within or outside the warranty period.
The service is available to consumers until December 31, 2025.
These services do not affect your rights as a consumer under mandatory consumer legislation or any manufacturer warranties offered by Samsung.
