Samsung Galaxy Z Series Premium Service is a service available to customers who have purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z mobile phone. This document provides information about the various services and their terms and conditions.

Fast Track Support

Through this "Fast Track" service, Samsung offers a dedicated queue when contacting support via phone or chat. Agents will prioritize calls and chats from customers eligible for Premium Service. This service is available to consumers who own any flip or fold model Samsung phone, regardless of whether the phone is within or outside of its warranty period.

This service is available to consumers until December 31, 2025.

These services do not affect any rights that consumers may have under mandatory consumer protection laws or any manufacturer's warranty offered by Samsung.
