Connectivity
Single Device Connectivity (Using Both Fire Prime & Fire Prime + On Single Device)
Single device connectivity is available only on limited devices. Some of the mobile phones that include this feature are: The Xiaomi Mi 11, Mi 11 Ultra, Mi 11 Pro, and Mi 11X. Samsung S8 & newer series, Z-Flip Series, Z-Fold Series, Note Series, Tab S Series, and Book Laptops also support dual audio connectivity.
Connecting Bluetooth Devices
Power On: Ensure both Bluetooth devices, ACwO DWOTS Fire Prime and ACWO DWOTS Fire Prime +, are powered on.
Pairing Device with Single Device:
- On your source device, navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
- Search for available devices. Select and pair with ACwO DwOTS Fire Prime.
- Repeat the process to pair with ACwO DwOTS Fire Prime +
Set Media Output:
Once both devices are connected, go to the media output settings on your source device. Select both ACWO DWOTS Fire Prime and ACwO DwOTS Fire + as your output devices.
Individual Connectivity (Using Both Fire Prime & Fire Prime + On Different Device)
You can enjoy individual connectivity on any device.
Safety Guidelines
- Please refrain from dismantling the product or attempting to remove its battery. Such actions can pose a fire hazard or cause electrical malfunctions. Seek the services of a qualified technician or the manufacturer for any necessary maintenance or repairs.
- When cleaning the earbuds, exercise caution by using a damp, soft cloth. Avoid using any oily or volatile liquids for cleaning purposes. Additionally, ensure that the earphones are kept away from extreme temperature conditions, both hot and cold.
- Please be aware that any damage to the earbuds that is not attributed to a manufacturing defect will render the product's warranty null and void.
- Do not wear them in situations where it is unsafe, such as when operating a vehicle, crossing streets, or engaging in activities requiring full situational awareness.
- To safeguard your hearing, ensure that the volume on your music player is set at an appropriate level when using the earphones. Prolonged exposure to high noise levels can gradually lead to hearing impairment.
- Do not wear the earbuds for a long period of time as it can lead to possible hearing loss or major hearable issues.
ACwO DwOTS Fire Prime
Kindly Note:
- Please take off the sticker peels attached below the earbuds before you charge them.
- Charge the charging case and the ACwO DwOTS Fire Prime Wireless Earbuds at least 70% before the first usage.
Charging:
Charging Case:
Connect the type-c charging cable to the charging case to charge your ACwO DwOTS Touch Wireless Earbuds.
Earbuds:
Place the earbuds in the charged Charging Case to charge the ACwO DwOTS Fire Prime Wireless Earbuds.
Bluetooth Pairing Process:
- Take out the ACWO DWOTS Fire Prime Earbuds from the Charging Case and place them in your ears.
- Go to the Bluetooth settings of your device and switch it on.
- Scan available devices.
- Search For " ACWO DWOTS Fire Prime " from the list of available devices.
- Once you've completed the initial pairing process, the ACwO DwOTS Fire Prime will seamlessly connect to your device every time you open the charging case thereafter.
Kindly Note
If the earbuds are not in use and are left outside the charging case, they will automatically turn off after approximately 5 minutes.
Bluetooth Reset Process: ACWO DWOTS Fire Prime
- In case your earbuds encounter pairing issues or if only one earbud is functioning, you can easily perform a reset.
- Clear all Bluetooth data named "ACwO DWOTS Fire Prime " from your device and disable Bluetooth.
- Place the earbuds back into their charging case and then remove them to initiate the Bluetooth pairing process once more.
How To Use Your ACWO Fire Prime?
Touch Controls: The Multi-Functional Touch Area, often referred to as the "Touch Area," is situated on the upper section of the earbud's handle.
Smart Functions ACwO DWOTS Fire Prime
- Play & Pause: Single tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
- Switch Between ANC / Transparency Mode: Tap and Hold Right Earbud For 2 Second To On/Off ANC and Transparency Mode.
- Switch Between Bass/Theatre/Normal Mode: Tap and Hold Left Earbud For 2 Second To Switch Between Bass/Theatre/Normal Mode.
- To Increase Volume: Triple tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of the right earbud.
- To Decrease Volume: Triple tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of the left earbud.
- Next Track: Double Tap on the Multi-Function Touch area of the left earbud.
- Previous Track: Double Tap on the Multi-Function Touch area of the right earbud.
- Call Voice Assistant: Tap four times on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
- To Answer Calls: Single tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
- To Hang Up Calls: Single tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
- To Decline Calls: Tap and hold for 2 seconds on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
- Power Off Left/Right Earbud: Tap and hold for 5 seconds on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
- Power On Right Earbud: Tap and hold for 5 seconds on the Multi-Function Touch Area of the right earbud.
- Power On Left Earbud: Tap and hold for 5 seconds on the Multi-Function Touch Area of the left earbud.
ACwO DwOTS Fire Prime +
One need not activate Environmental Noise Cancellation as the built-in mic is already equipped with the same and activated by default to make your conversations smoother and clear without any disturbances no matter how noisy your environment is.

Smart Touch Display Of ACWO DWOTS Fire Prime Display
1. Activate the HD Display (In-Ear)
- Press the Power On/Off Button: To activate the Smart Touch Display, press the Power On/Off button located at the back of the charging case.
- Swipe Right: Use the swipe right gesture to explore various features on the touch display.
- Check Notification Bar: View essential information such as battery percentage, earbud status, time, and Bluetooth connection from the notification bar at the top of the display.
2. Remote Shutter Option
- Open Your Camera: Launch the camera app on your device.
- Click the Camera Icon: To remotely capture pictures, tap the camera icon on the Smart Touch Screen of the charging case.
- Capture the Picture: The picture will be taken remotely using the charging case.
3. Light Level
- Adjust Brightness: Modify the display brightness by using the Light Level settings.
- Decrease Brightness: Click the '-' icon to reduce the brightness.
- Increase Brightness: Click the '+' icon to enhance the brightness.
4. Flashlight
- Tap the Flashlight Icon: Click on the flashlight icon on the screen to turn it on.
- Change Light Color: Once the flashlight is activated, tap on the screen to change the color of the light.
5. Timer
- Select a Preset Timer: To start the timer, choose from the available preset timers.
- Customise Timer: If you prefer a custom timer, click on the '+' icon to set your desired time.
6. Stopwatch
- Start the Stopwatch: To begin, click on the start icon.
- Pause or Stop: To pause or stop the stopwatch, click on the pause or delete icon on the screen.
7. Activate Voice Assistant
- Click the Mic Icon: Tap on the mic icon on the screen to activate the voice assistant.
- Give Command: Once activated, give the command for e.g. "Ok Google" or "Hey Siri”.
8. Command Centre
- Manage Settings: In the Command Centre, you can manage various settings, including Tap to Wake, Language, Theme, Sound, Restart, Factory Reset, and Shutdown.
9. Equalizer
- Select Audio Mode: Choose from preset equalizer modes to suit your listening preference.
- Navigate Modes: Use the left and right arrow buttons to cycle through audio modes such as Pop, Rock, Class, Jazz, Voice, DJ, & Disco.
10. Find My Earphones
- Select Earbud Icon: Tap on the icon for either the right or left earbud to locate it.
- Click on "Start": Initiate the locating process by clicking " ? " icon.
- Locate and Pause Sound: The earbud will emit a sound. Once located, press the "Pause" icon to stop the sound.
11. UI Modes
- Select a UI Mode: Click on the three UI modes (Default, Kaleidoscope, Gear) to choose the one that suits you best.
12. Spatial Audio Mode
- Select Spatial Audio Mode: Choose from the available spatial audio modes: Movies, Music, or Gaming.
13. Music Control
- Control Music Playback: Manage your music directly from the Smart Touch Display.
- Play/Pause: Tap the play/pause button to start or stop the music.
- Forward: Click the forward button to skip to the next track.
- Backward: Click the backward button to return to the previous track.
- Adjust Volume: Click on the volume icon below to adjust the volume.
14. Noise Reduction
- Activate ANC and Transparency Mode: Toggle between normal mode, Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), and Transparency Mode by tapping the respective icons.
Camera Control and Like Control features may vary in functionality across different devices due to compatibility factors.
