- Please be aware that any damage to the earbuds that is not attributed to a manufacturing defect will render the product's warranty null and void.
- Do not wear them in situations where it is unsafe, such as when operating a vehicle, crossing streets, or engaging in activities requiring full situational awareness.
- To safeguard your hearing, ensure that the volume on your music player is set at an appropriate level when using the earphones. Prolonged exposure to high noise levels can gradually lead to hearing impairment.
- Do not wear the earbuds for a long period of time as it can lead to possible hearing loss or major hearable issues.
ACWO DWOTS 747 Usage Guide
Kindly Note
- Please take off the sticker peels attached below the earbuds before you charge them.
- Charge the charging case and the ACWO DWOTS 747 Wireless Earbuds at least 70% before the first usage.
Charging
Charging Case
Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the charging case to charge your ACWO DWOTS 747 Wireless Earbuds.
Earbuds
Place the earbuds in the charged Charging Case to charge the ACWO DWOTS 747 Wireless Earbuds.
Bluetooth Pairing Process
- Take out the ACWO DWOTS 747 Earbuds from the Charging Case and place them in your ears.
- Navigate to the Bluetooth settings on your device and switch Bluetooth on. Scan for available devices.
- Search for "ACWO DWOTS 747" from the list of available devices.
- Select "ACWO DWOTS 747" from the list to pair. Your Earbuds will be connected.
Once the initial pairing process is completed, the ACWO DWOTS 747 will connect seamlessly to your device each time you open the charging case.
Automatic Power Off
If the earbuds are not in use and are left outside the charging case, they will automatically turn off after approximately 5 minutes.
Bluetooth Reset Process: ACWO DWOTS 747
- If your earbuds encounter pairing issues or if only one earbud is functioning, you can perform a reset. Place the earbuds back into their charging case and then remove them to initiate the Bluetooth pairing process again.
- Clear all Bluetooth data named "ACWO DWOTS 747" from your device and disable Bluetooth.
- Place the earbuds back into their charging case and then remove them to initiate the Bluetooth pairing process once more.
Controls and Smart Functions
DWOTS 747 Controls: The Multi-Functional Touch Area, often referred to as the "Touch Area," is located on the upper section of the earbud's handle.
Play/Pause
Single Tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
ANC On/Transparency Mode/ANC Off
Long press for 2 seconds on the Multi-Function Touch Area of the right earbud.
Switch Between Bass/Theatre/Normal Mode
Long press for 2 seconds on the Multi-Function Touch Area of the left earbud.
Next Track
Double Tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of the left earbud.
Previous Track
Double Tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of the right earbud.
Activate Voice Assistant
Tap 4 times on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
To Increase Volume
Triple Tap on the Multi-Function Area of the Right Earbud.
To Decrease Volume
Triple Tap on the Multi-Function Area of the Left Earbud.
To Answer Calls
Single tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
To Hang Up Calls
Single tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
To Decline Calls
Tap & Hold for 2 seconds on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
Power Off Left/Right Earbud
Long press for 5 seconds on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
Power On Right Earbud
Long press for 5 seconds on the Multi-Function Touch Area of the right earbud.
Power On Left Earbud
Long press for 5 seconds on the Multi-Function Touch Area of the left earbud. The built-in microphone is equipped with Environmental Noise Cancellation, activated by default, to ensure smoother and clearer conversations, even in noisy environments.
