Safety Guidelines
- Do not attempt to dismantle the product or remove its battery. This can cause a fire hazard or electrical malfunctions. For maintenance or repairs, seek a qualified technician or the manufacturer.
- When cleaning the earbuds, use a damp, soft cloth. Avoid oily or volatile liquids. Keep earphones away from extreme temperatures (hot and cold).
- Damage not attributed to a manufacturing defect will void the product's warranty.
- Do not wear the earbuds in unsafe situations, such as while operating a vehicle, crossing streets, or engaging in activities requiring full situational awareness.
- To safeguard your hearing, ensure the volume on your music player is set at an appropriate level. Prolonged exposure to high noise levels can lead to hearing impairment.
- Avoid wearing the earbuds for extended periods to prevent potential hearing loss or other auditory issues.
Getting Started
Kindly Notes
- Please remove the protective sticker peels attached below the earbuds before charging them.
- Charge the charging case and the ACWO DWOTS X Wireless Earbuds to at least 70% before the first usage.
Charging
Charging Case
Connect the Type-C charging cable to the charging case to charge it. The case then charges the earbuds.
Earbuds
Place the earbuds into the charged Charging Case to charge them.
Connection Methods
Bluetooth Pairing Process
- Take out the ACWO DWOTS X Earbuds from the Charging Case and place them in your ears.
- Go to the Bluetooth settings of your device and switch it on.
- Scan for available devices.
- Search for "ACWO DWOTS X" from the list of available devices.
- Pair "ACWO DWOTS X". Your Earbuds will be connected.
Once initial pairing is complete, the ACWO DWOTS X will connect seamlessly to your device each time you open the charging case.
Kindly Note: If the earbuds are not in use and are left outside the charging case, they will automatically turn off after approximately 5 minutes.
How To Connect With Type-C Dongle
- Remove the Type-C Dongle from the charging case.
- Insert the Type-C Dongle into the Type-C port of your device.
- The device will automatically connect to your DWOTS X earbuds.
You can connect your DWOTS X Type-C Dongle to any device with a Type-C port, including tablets, smartphones, gaming devices like the PS5, and other compatible devices.
Alternative Connection Method (If Auto-Connect Fails)
- Go to your device's Settings.
- Select System Settings.
- Tap on OTG Connection and switch it on.
- Your DWOTS X earbuds will then automatically connect to your device.
Reset and Controls
Bluetooth Reset Process
In case your earbuds encounter pairing issues or if only one earbud is functioning, you can perform a reset:
- Clear all Bluetooth data named "ACWO DWOTS X" from your device and disable Bluetooth.
- Place the earbuds back into their charging case and then remove them to initiate the Bluetooth pairing process once more.
Touch Controls
The Multi-Function Touch Area, often referred to as the "Touch Area," is situated on the upper section of the earbud's handle.
Smart Functions
- Play/Pause: Single Tap on Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
- Next Track: Double Tap on Multi-Function Touch Area of the left earbud.
- Repeat / Previous Track: Double Tap on the Multi-Function touch area of the right earbud.
- Switch Between Transparency / ANC / Normal Mode: Tap and Hold the Right Earbud to switch between Transparency, ANC, and Normal Mode.
- Switch Between Bass / Theatre / Normal Mode: Tap and Hold Left Earbud to switch between Bass / Theatre / Normal Mode.
- To Answer Calls: Single tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
- To Hang Up Calls: Single tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
- To Decline Calls: Double Tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
- Increase Volume: Triple Tap on the Multi-Function Touch area of the right earbud.
- Decrease Volume: Triple Tap on the Multi-Function Touch area of the left earbud.
- Voice Assistant: Tap Four times on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
- Power Off Left/Right Earbud: Tap and hold for 5 seconds on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
- Power On Right Earbud: Tap and hold for 5 seconds on the Multi-Function Touch Area of the right earbud.
- Power On Left Earbud: Tap and hold for 5 seconds on the Multi-Function Touch Area of the left earbud.
