Usage Guide
Kindly Note
- Please remove the sticker peels attached below the earbuds before charging.
- Charge the charging case and earbuds to at least 70% before the first usage.
Charging
Charging Case
Connect the Type-C charging cable to the charging case to charge your ACWO DWOTS Flow Wireless Earbuds.
Earbuds
Place the earbuds in the charged Charging Case to charge the ACWO DWOTS Flow Wireless Earbuds.
Bluetooth Pairing Process
- Take out the ACWO DWOTS Flow Earbuds from the Charging Case and place them in your ears.
- Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and switch it on.
- Scan for available devices.
- Search for "ACWO DWOTS Flow" from the list of available devices.
- Pair "ACWO DWOTS Flow" from the list to connect your earbuds.
Once pairing is complete, the ACWO DWOTS Flow will connect seamlessly to your device each time you open the charging case.
Kindly Note
If the earbuds are not in use and are left outside the charging case, they will automatically turn off after approximately 5 minutes.
Bluetooth Reset Process
- If your earbuds encounter pairing issues or if only one earbud is functioning, you can perform a reset.
- Clear all Bluetooth data named "ACWO DWOTS Flow" from your device and disable Bluetooth.
- Place the earbuds back into their charging case and then remove them to initiate the Bluetooth pairing process once more.
How To Use Your ACwO DWOTS Flow?
The Multi-Functional Touch Area, often referred to as the "Touch Area," is situated on the upper section of the Earbud Extension.
Smart Functions
Play/Pause
Tap once on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud extension.
Next Track
Double Tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of the right earbud extension.
Previous Track
Press and hold the Multi-Function Touch Area on either earbud extension for 4 seconds, then release.
Switch Between Modes
Press and hold the Multi-Function Touch Area on either earbud extension for 4 seconds, then release.
Activate Voice Assistant
Tap five times on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud extension.
Increase Volume
Triple Tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of the right earbud extension.
Decrease Volume
Triple Tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of the left earbud extension.
Answer Calls
Single Tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud extension.
Hang Up Calls
Single Tap & Hold on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud extension.
Decline Calls
Tap & Hold on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud extension.
Environmental Noise Cancellation is activated by default via the built-in microphone, ensuring smoother and clearer conversations without environmental disturbances.
