Getting Started

Kindly Note

Please take off the sticker peels attached below the earbuds before you charge them.

Charge the charging case and the DwOTS 414 Wireless Earbuds at least 70% before the first usage.

Charging Case

Connect the type-c charging cable to the charging case to charge your DwOTS 414 Wireless Earbuds.

Earbuds

Place the earbuds in the charged Charging Case to charge the DwOTS 414 Wireless Earbuds.

Bluetooth Pairing Process

1. Take out the DwOTS 414 Earbuds from the Charging Case and place them in your ears.
2. Go to the Bluetooth settings of your device and switch it on.
3. Scan available devices.
4. Search For "ACwO DWOTS 414" from the list of available devices.
5. Pair "ACwO DWOTS 414" from the list and your Earbuds will be connected.

Once you've completed the initial pairing process, the ACwO DWOTS 414 will seamlessly connect to your device whenever you open the charging case.

Troubleshooting and Usage

Kindly Note

If the earbuds are not in use and are left outside the charging case, they will automatically turn off after approximately 5 minutes.

Bluetooth Reset Process

1. In case your earbuds encounter pairing issues or if only one earbud is functioning, you can easily perform a reset.
2. Clear all Bluetooth data named "ACwO DWOTS414" from your device and disable Bluetooth.
3. Place the earbuds back into their charging case and then remove them to initiate the Bluetooth pairing process once more.

The Multi-Functional Touch Area, often referred to as the "Touch Area," is situated on the upper section of the earbud's handle.

When cleaning the earbuds, exercise caution by using a damp, soft cloth. Avoid using any oily or volatile liquids for cleaning purposes. Additionally, ensure that the earphones are kept away from extreme temperature conditions, both hot and cold.

Please be aware that any damage to the earbuds that is not attributed to a manufacturing defect will render the product's warranty null and void.

Do not wear them in situations where it is unsafe, such as when operating a vehicle, crossing streets, or engaging in activities requiring full situational awareness.

To safeguard your hearing, ensure that the volume on your music player is set at an appropriate level when using the earphones. Prolonged exposure to high noise levels can gradually lead to hearing impairment.

Do not wear the earbuds for a long period of time as it can lead to possible hearing loss or major hearable issues.

Smart Touch Function

• Play/Pause: Single tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
• Repeat Track: Triple Tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of the left earbud.
• Next Track: Triple Tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of the right earbud.
• Switch Modes: Tap Four times on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud to switch between Bass, Theatre, and Balanced Mode.
• Increase Volume: Double tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of the right earbud.
• Decrease Volume: Double tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of the left earbud.
• Answer Calls: Single tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
• Hang Up Calls: Single tap on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
• Decline Calls: Tap and hold for 2 seconds on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.
• Call Voice Assistant: Tap and hold for 2 seconds on the Multi-Function Touch Area of either earbud.

Environmental Noise Cancellation is built-in and activated by default to ensure clear conversations without disturbances, regardless of the surrounding noise level.
