2. Essentials of Safety Riding
❗Check the vehicle before riding to avoid accidents. Key checks include:
- Abundance of electric power
- Reliability of steering and braking devices
- Normality of tyre pressure
- Normality of all appliance signals and other indicators
To avoid other harms, drivers should follow these instructions:
- a. Wear bright garments.
- b. Do not ride too close to other vehicles.
- c. Obey transport regulations; do not race for traffic.
- d. Turn on turning lamps when turning to alert others.
- e. Exercise caution at crossovers and entrances to parking areas.
- f. Do not ride with only one hand.
- g. Do not carry extra people or items.
- h. On rainy days, maintain a safe distance between vehicles and brake in advance.
Garment Protection:
- a. Driver should wear a helmet, eyeglasses, and gloves.
- b. Do not wear loose garments that could interfere with the operating bar or pedestrian safety.
Loading Up:
- a. Do not load excessively heavy items; overloading affects performance and safety.
- b. Securely fix cargo on the vehicle to ensure a safe drive.
- c. Do not hang items on the handlebars, as this affects normal driving.
? Cleaning Notice: Do not flush the vehicle directly with water to avoid short-circuiting due to dampness.
3. Operation Instructions & Notice
Starting Up
- Withdraw the main kickstand or side kickstand.
- Driver sits on the seat, inserts the key into the electric lock cylinder, and turns it clockwise to the ON position to power on the vehicle.
- Turn the speed regulating handle slowly towards the inner side to start moving.
? Notice: When the general electric lock is ON and the rear wheel is on the ground, if the driver is not seated, do not turn the speed regulating handle. This can cause abrupt forwarding and accidents.
Speed Shifting
Turn the speed shifting bar towards the inner side (counter-clockwise) to accelerate; turn it towards the outer side (clockwise) to decrease speed.
❗Attention: Turn the speed shifting bar slowly to ensure safe driving and reduce mechanical failure.
Turning
- Turn the switch on the turning lamp switch towards the desired direction; the turning lamp will start to blink.
- Press the button after turning to extinguish the turning lamp.
❗Attention: Turn off the turning lamp immediately after the turn is completed to avoid confusion and accidents.
Braking
When applying the front and rear wheel braking bars, brake the front and rear wheels respectively.
❗Attention: Although the vehicle has disconnection protection when braking (both front and rear wheels), drivers must develop the habit of resetting the speed shifting bar to avoid overturns and side listing.
Parking
- Turn off the general power switch and the air switch located below the seat before parking.
- Lower the main kickstand and side stand to securely park the vehicle.
- Turn the key counter-clockwise to the "OFF" position to lock the fork lock before removing the key.
Charge
- Turn off the general power switch.
- Open the seat, take out the stock charger, plug it into the electric vehicle's charging socket, and then into the power socket. Average charging takes 3 to 8 hours. Do not use the vehicle while it is undercharged.
- After charging, unplug and coil the charger, then return it to the seat.
❗Attention: Use only the charger specified by the company. Avoid using quick chargers, as they can shorten battery life.
d. Charging should be done in a well-ventilated area, away from corrosive gases or flammable conditions.
e. For long-term storage, the battery should be fully charged and recharged every month.
f. If high battery temperature or abnormal charging indicator is observed, it indicates a malfunction in the battery or charging circuit. Disconnect charging immediately and seek professional repair.
g. Charge the battery promptly after each drive to prolong battery life. Ambient temperature affects battery performance; mileage may decrease in cold weather but will return to normal when temperatures rise.
4. Electric Vehicle's Check, Maintenance, and Quick-Fix
Daily Check & Maintenance
a. Checking items for each drive:
- ✔️ If turning lamp, braking lamp, and horn are normal.
- ✔️ Flexibility of the steering mechanism.
- ✔️ Reliability of braking operation.
- ✔️ If any indicators are normal.
- ✔️ Eliminate any abnormalities found.
b. Regular Checking Items:
- ✔️ Reliability of all fastenings; tighten any loose screws.
- ✔️ Check tightness and condition of all cable connections; reconnect if found loose or broken.
- ✔️ Check tyre pressure. Inflate to 1.75/1.85 kg if found under-pressured.
- ✔️ Check tyres for damage or wear. If groove depth is less than 2mm, or if there is cracking or visible damage, replace the tyre immediately.
Adjustment of Front & Rear Brakes
- Free travel of front & rear braking bars should be 10 to 20mm.
- The braking bar travel length should not exceed 3/4 of the total travel length when the front & rear brake is fully applied.
- Adjust travel length using the regulating nut: right screw to decrease, left screw to increase. Test by applying the brakes several times to ensure the requirement is met; readjust if necessary. Ensure the adjusting nut's concave area is embedded at the cylindrical plane of the braking arm's cylindrical pin after adjustment. Front & rear wheels should move freely within the range of free travel.
Regular Maintenance Items and Time Table
To ensure safe driving and prolong the vehicle's life, perform maintenance as follows. (A: Check, Adjust, Clean (Replace when necessary); L: Lubrication; C: Clean)

Electric Scheme
The electric scheme diagram illustrates the wiring and connections for the vehicle's electrical system. Key components include the battery, air switch, transfer unit (DC12V-DC48V), electric lock, and fuse. Power is distributed to the motor via the controller, which is influenced by the speed control bar, electric lock, and instrument panel. Lights (headlight, taillight, turning lamps) and the horn are connected through various switches and the controller.
