R. STAHL 8530/1-MCB-STA103-B25-000-3 Circuit Breaker
Article No. 272165
Product Description
The R. STAHL 8530 series circuit breakers offer excellent current limitation in case of short circuits and high breaking capacity (10, 15, or 25 kA). This results in reduced stress on electrical lines and high selectivity with respect to upstream fuses. The modules feature a modular design, are available in 1 to 4 pole configurations, and support nominal currents from 0.5–63 A. The maximum mounting capacity is 4.5 division units.
Key features include:
- Separator function according to EN 60947-2
- Energy limitation class 3
- Easy replacement or expansion of installations due to modular design
- Simple mounting via DIN mounting rail in Ex e enclosures
- Fixed thermal and magnetic trip adjustment
- Ergonomic operating lever for secure connection and disconnection
- Protection against re-closing during maintenance using padlocks (Accessories)
The product is certified for use in hazardous environments, including ATEX and IECEX gas certifications.

Technical Diagrams
Trip Curve: The document includes a trip curve graph showing the relationship between time (seconds/minutes) and current (Amperes) for trip characteristic B, for both AC and DC. This curve illustrates the time it takes for the circuit breaker to trip under different fault current conditions, considering ambient temperature effects.
Dimensional Drawings: Several diagrams provide the dimensions of the circuit breaker. These include:
- Overall dimensions with width, height, and depth measurements in both millimeters and inches.
- Details of the mounting rail interface and enclosure dimensions.
- Diagram showing the 3-pole configuration.
